There's a bunch of leads to follow here. The name of the Youtube channel is the name of the TV station "11Alive" aka WXIA Atlanta, GA. It has their website in the upper left corner. It tells you it's a segment from their Morning show in the lower right corner. The video is from 3 years ago on December 2nd, 2021 which gives you a timeframe for when she worked at the station even if she left.
Their anchors page was a 2 second Google search. She's not listed there so clearly she's moved on. They blocked archive.org from capturing their anchors page so you can't look for former anchors that way. But "Former 11Alive anchors" lists several. That's as far down the rabbits hole as I'm going on this one. Look at the former anchors for yourself. She's in there somewhere.
