She could be any random gym woman. Not all women who do gym are represented on this site. Its mainly the ones who already have a social media presence of some type.

I looked through the video comments, as many as I had time to look at. Couldn't find anyone who knows her.One clue may be if the channel tells where the doctor's office is based out of. Then she might be known in that city in fitness circles.
I honestly don't think she is a bodybuilder, at least not IFBB. Maybe amateur.
