list of persons prohibited from publication

Good afternoon, everyone. There was a lady in mind a few years ago, I added her photo to the favorites tab, but over time, her photos disappeared from there. I'm sure they disappeared because of the publication ban. if possible, I would like to see the list of banned persons and try to search for them myself.
