That would be very nice unfortunately they will delete this post because they don't like unrealistic fantasy here. I think if that happens we will live in a matriarchy and it depends on the country. in some countries men will still have equal rights or almost equal rights you just have to be careful not to get attention from more violent women. in others it will be like a reverse Saudi Arabia were men have no rights and are treated like slaves. or something in-between like a reverse 1950s. so all you can hope is that the women in your region will be mercyfull.

Some pretty big variables in the scenario, 7-9 feet is a huge difference that would have significant impact on construction, goods availability and calorie intake/food production without even the social shakeup aspect.
I would imagine a turbulent transition period while those who see their power threatened fight to preserve the status quo, primarily using technology to try and level the playing field. Probably lots of violence during the transition, though ultimately, we'd see a drop in violence against women and a spike of men who are victimized by a wide array of crimes compared to what we know now.
It sounds like you're more fantasizing about a snu-snu kinda world than trying to speculate a realistic scenario, but to answer the question I'd wager that ultimately we'd land on something similar to what we have now, varying societies that are all flawed and where folks withoutpower are taken advantage of by those that do. Physical power would account for a lot of aspects and shakeup, but we're increasingly driving more by technology than our physical prowess so would not be the fantasy you expect is my 2 cents
Hormonal levels have not changed, psychology has not changed, beauty standards have not changed, society's demands have not changed. Matriarchy? What kind of matriarchy in a post-industrial society, when muscular strength became important for us? This is even if we forget that both patriarchy and matriarchy are 19th century fantasies, as harmful as homeopathy and just as firmly ingrained in the mass consciousness and popular pseudoscience.
There will be problems with food supply, even in developed countries. We will have to change building codes, ceiling heights and doorways. In some countries, such a change will immediately cause mass starvation. Since these "superwomen" will be the first to be hit by starvation, this will cause explosive depopulation in all third world countries.
well there is already many tall bid bone woman out there right now that are well over 6'0 tall and over 300 pounds of curves and muscle, I feel the more it goes the more these tall naturaly strong woman would want to simply be stronger. As it goes, taller stronger woman get more and more accepted in society, I think I saw some pixar muscular woman animate recently, now with many woman seeing this, many will just be temted to join the gym and who knoes, maybe we'll even see a race to who will get the taller, bigger and the stronger of these beautiful amazionian woman :)
Immediately women become the forefront of all manual labor and physical activities in the world. You get paradigm shifts like women sports becoming the most hyped instead of men because they're doing the craziest shit. Highschool women sports would become equal to world class sport levels today, and world class women sports would become a basically superhuman category compared to now.
Clothes need a huge shift. If the BASELINE is 7' and 350 then basically no existing clothes will fit any woman anymore save for the largest. Small size for women is now akin to more like XXXL for men.
The width and height changes would likely require an entire restructuring of architecture worldwide. Places with small sizes like Japan would become nearly uninhabitable and women would need to crouch and turn sideways to fit into rooms and doors.
Now, contrary to the obvious, I dont think women would rule the world. They would definitely have much more power in day to day life (imagine a guy trying to bully or harass a girl 6x his strength and size) but this wouldn't mean they would become kings immediately. We live in a new age where technology is a balancer. Guns exist. Tazers exist. Videos and photos exist. Women would likely be killed en masse if they tried to overthrow or impose their will on any existing governmen. Even a 9 foot 500 pound behemoth could get taken down by a single well placed bullet. Not until women take a majority in militaries could they really take over, something governments might purposefully stifle.
Men would likely settle into a position like women do today where they're more vulnerable. A man could easily get raped by any woman if she felt like it, so there would naturally be a stigma against women and men being alone in a room without any supervision, just like there is now.
Female crime would become a huge issue. There isnt much a man can do when 1 or morr giants break into his house. Women would probably need to take the role of protectors and guardians, female law enforcement would become super important to maintaining society.
Men would still have a place though. Their smaller sizes means they would probably be better for more nimble and delicate tasks, atleast until technology adapts. Cant imagine a 9 foot 500 pound woman could type very easily.
Men would likely keep importance in current manual jobs as the previous male strength advantage led to them overwhelmingly being the workers there. Until technology adapts and women learn how, you would likely see men performing more technical, supervisory directive tasks while women do the lifting and moving on things like oil rigs.
A darker side might be birth control, but not how you think. Parents might get rid of female babies to avoid having such an unruly child or a large mouth to feed. Governments might get rid of female babies to maintain male control, and only use things like sedated/crippled women to keep reproducing. Women could be turned into beasts of burden via brainwashing or control devices to use their strength without having to worry about increasing female rights or position in society.
An interesting thought experiment imo, got a bit dark at the end but w/e. I understand this post was a fetish fantasy but it still had some interesting connotations.

i love the wording "stronger than the average man" like this is about women becoming stronger compared to men as men are to women right now, instead of "what if the average untrained woman physique was 300 pounds of muscle and 7 feet tall?"

i do think its rather funny how this isn't just "what if women became stronger than men" like a switch-up of how they currently are on average rn, no, it's "what if the average non-lifting woman body was 300 pounds of muscle and 7 feet tall" like wtf that's just gonna restructure society

i was kinda underestimating how large the frame OP said actually was but after looking it up they might aswell be.
this guy is both taller and lighter (by 10 pounds) than OP's 7 foot and 350 statement (so the average girl would be even more jacked), however he also says that their bodies would adjust to become immune to typical adverse tall problems so it's likely they'd be able to pack on even more mass. we also dont know what his fat % is so a woman with less fat % could get even more buff to fit that 350. pretty insane.
Let's say that starting from now until a year in the future, every adult woman on Earth grew in size, strength, and muscularity until they reached an average height of 7 feet tall and 350 lbs?
In other words, let's say that by the end of this growth cycle, the average untrained adult woman is of comparable (if not greater) size, strength, and muscularity to the male bodybuilder Olivier Richters to get a good visual idea. Their bones, hearts, tendons, and other forms of body composition would adjust to these changes so that they do not face any adverse health problems. Nor would they face any of the side-effects that come from PEDs (facial hair, deepened voice, etc.).
How do you think the world and the male population would adjust to this massive change?
Let's further say that if the average woman strength-trains, they can grow even larger, adding up to about another 200 lbs to their weight, if not more. Some women even attain a height surpassing 8 feet tall, and on very rare occasions 9 feet.
And to make things more interesting, what if this growth came with an explosive increase in sex drive?
