I have thought for a while that her various flexing clips that get uploaded here are nearly indistinguishable from one another, in the sense that looking at one I have no idea if it's already been uploaded or if it's just one of 10 others very similar to it.
I haven't paid much attention to her workout videos.
Hey, remember that not everyone is all that creative when it comes to posing, etc. Some are much better than others. I don't know if Ruby competes or not. I she doesn't, she may not have much training/experience as a poser. I know some FBB's offer online posing classes, but I don't know how much they charge. I it may not be worth it for someone like Ruby to make the investment.
She has 500k+ followers on Instagram and she got to know that the vast vast majority don't care about the best form for shrugs. Many women on this site do the same thing movement videos as Ruby but they know to throw us of this community a bone by finishing with a flex.
You could have stopped after 'Instagram'. More than 500k means she has no reason to think she's doing 'anything' wrong. Vent in vain.
Maybe the purpose of her videos is to show her workouts and is not necessarily for fans of flexing?
Definitely not. She is 100% just showing off for the fans.
Besides her dumbbell lifts which are arguably nearing world class (she can curl like 50 pounds while weighing 120), her excercises are 100% jokes.
She only pec presses ~100 despite having pecs larger than fists.
She wants us to believe that she has her shoulders with only three shoulder excercises
She doesn't even show herself using weighted ab exercises.
Not to mention she nearly never shows the weight shes using (besides the dumbbells) and also usually doesn't have the best form.
Is it me or is Ruby Rivera content all the same? The bicep workouts are okay but it all seems the same. She does very little flexing and while her Q&A was interesting, her YouTube channel is mistly just a post of her Instagram content. Is it that hard for her to give a side bicep or double bicep pose after bicep curls.It's boring and she seems to be going through the motions. I hope her getting in contest shape improves the content.
