For me it's the military press/gorilla press overhead. It requires tremendous upper body strength. I'll try and circle back to post some examples.
BTW, legitimate "one armed throat lifts" aren't really a thing. Up against a wall, sure. Maybe having the guy jump and hold onto the woman's forearm for a second while a picture is taken? Yup. But women grabbing a guy by the throat and just lifting him off the ground like Darth Vader? No, that's not a thing. There's no woman alive strong enough to do that to a grown man. Even if there was, it would likely lead to serious injury. There's enough REAL lifts that are impressive enough without needing staged or half-faked stuff using a stepladder IMO.
I agree with most of what you said but i’d have to disagree with “There's no woman alive strong enough to do that to a grown man”. If you got a 250+ pound Powerlifter like Kristin Rhodes, who easily lifts 200 pounds over her head, I think she would have no problem lifting a skinny dude by the throat.

It's not just a matter of strength though. It's physics. If you mean pressing him against a wall, sure. But just grabbing someone by the throat in the middle of the room with one arm and lifting them off the floor like Darth Vader or something, no, that isn't possible.
What is the most impressive lift and carry that you've ever seen?
