It trips me up how Kim Perez is so beefy, but her voice is kinda cute. A bit raspy, but I was expecting her to sound like Barry White.
What's the science behind the roid voice? Is it really just as simple as genetics: some get it, some don't?

I’m wondering the same thing I’m a singer who’s thinking about taking sups but the thought of losing my voice freaks me out.. I imagine these girl’s voices must’ve already been mega soft to begin with so the changes to the voice seem minimal to us but might be noticeable to family and friends.. just a thought could be wrong.
I know the lead singer is RHCP is or was on TRT and his voice is fine, I also think Donald gloved is on it as well… maybe it’s the type of steroids they use.

It's mostly genetics. I don't use PEDs, but I am around quite a few men and women who use them for their strength sports. Some have relatively few noticeable side effects, whereas others really have pronounced sides. I know a good friend of mine who is on a relatively small dose of Testosterone (more than TRT, though) compared to other strength athletes, and he is badly going bald, and that only started when he started using.
This woman talks about how being on a low-dose anavar regime deepened her voice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xDNrdNyr_M . Some women like Dani Reardon have the luck of the draw where they don't have a deepening of their voice even with heavy PED use (though as to what other sides she may have had, especially those unseen, is not known,) while others get hit hard even if they are on small doses or are using mild(er) compounds.
Nikki Fuller.
I used to see Nikki in Portland at her husband's gym. She would be this massive amazing bodybuilder with a little girl voice. It was disconcerting. Here's an example
Who has the most feminine voice? Size matters of course. The bigger the more feminine the better.
