Dude, we know it's a screenshot. Learn how to actually download image files from Instagram properly.
That said, that one isn't poor quality enough for me to have rejected it personally. I'd have just left it up and then merged it into an original version if anyone else uploaded one later, but I'm also not inclined to fight it if other mods want to discourage uploading bloated screenshot images that are usually worse for fine details than the original files. (Your example also looks like whatever screenshot app you used might have run it through a mild AI filter afterwards, which would be an additional reason)
We want to discourage screenshots, for many of the reasons chipperpip mentioned.
With an Instagram downloader tool you can save the original image, at the high quality Instagram provides. If it is coming from another site, then often you right click on the image and select “save as”. Other sites may also have dedicated download tools, if the right-click (ctrl + click on Mac) does not work.
You are doing both yourself and other people a disservice by reducing the image quality through screenshots.
The left photo is downloaded with Instagram downloader, the right photo is the screenshot.
I want to asked where's the difference between two photos???
