That would be a weird thing to do at work. Now, maybe after having some drinks after work, but most women aren't really into that. Better to do it with a session girl who advertises armwrestling.

Very nice I am not sure what you should do. it depends on the mood at work and her own mood. since some places are more laid back while in other places you can get into big trouble when they find out you are attracted to her. Even when you don't actually say anything but in most places it's somewhere in between. So arm wrestling is probably not going to be seen as sexual. but some people are quite paranoid about it

Don't even consider it unless she out of the blue suggests she's taking on all-comers. Think with the right head if you wish to keep the job.

Don't. If you do it out of the blue, it will seem weird. The best thing to do at work is always keep things professional. Always remember. Don't lose your job just because you want to hold hands with your coworker.

we have a really good work environment. i was also already jogging with both girls and we played golf and tennis. losing my job is not the problem because that would simply not happen because of an armwrestling match in our company.

Maybe try for mixed wrestling then seeing as it's that simple?

I'm gonna say this in the nicest way possible:

Don't be stupid.

Let me ask you this: would you randomly ask to armwrestle a man who also works for the same company? You might think you are coming off as innocuous or whatever, but trust me when I say that schmoes are often very transparent when they think they are being subtle when asking for a flex or an armwrestle. And women who are muscular are not stupid and they are fully aware that there are a subset of dudes who are really into them, and they're gonna see right through your poorly-veiled comments/request. And when that happens, best case scenario is you get a stern talking to by HR.

Don't risk your livelihood by doing something dumb.
