Female lifters who have admitted (or are at least honest/open) to their usage of PEDs

I find it hard to believe any of them would deny it still. Oh well!

Surely they have to, or they risk being banned, or picked out repeatedly for testing, if they are entering competitions, because they are admitting the offence.
