Add gifs in comment section

Hi, has it already been discussed to add gifs to comments cause I think it would be fun

I don't see any problem with it, especially if there is a size limit (under 1 MB). In my experience, the only time gifs are annoying is if you see the same ones repeatedly, which tends to be the case in forums that feature customizable signatures. Otherwise there is great potential to have a space for creating and sharing some nice flexing gifs, not just memes.
