Yes I've noticed this. I think it's awesome.
For anyone wondering how she does it:
1) She wears a pretty aggressive waist trainer which gives her lats, kind of a reverse muscular muffin-top. LOL, if that makes sense. It's not so much that her lats are insanely large, it's that they look super wide due to her disproportionately slim waist.
2) That said, she still has amazing lat development, not taking anything away from that. Her training is obviously top notch.
3) Lats respond really well to PEDS (they have a lot of androgen receoptors), and IDK what it is about South Korea, but their BBing athletes are really good at using them. Maybe they have great drugs and sources available locally. Maybe the average Korean user is smarter and more savvy than the average American user. But people there just blow up in the best possible way once they get on gear. Respect.
