This can be interpreted in 2 ways. 1. The user above me has their name displayed above the picture. In this case Jintrxx is the user above me. 2. The user is is the one who uploaded the picture above me. In this case you click on the picture and there you see Christophercrp so this is the user above me. I am more inclined to go with option 1. Other ppl have been using option 2 as well.

There is no sensible reasoning for why it is interpreted in mode 2. If it were so, we would all be posting photos of the same user indefinitely.
