BEST COUNTRIES OF THE STAGE: FRANCE & MEXICO
The two french women that are playing in this cup won their respective groups, Dianna Blanchard lead group 6 while Julia Fory was the leader of group 2.

On the other hand, both Jossie Alarcon and Martina Lopez (the first mexican girls that have been in this game) made a really decent debut for their country, finish 1st place of group 7 and 2nd place of group 8 respectively.
DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE STAGE: RUSSIA, BRAZIL, USA
Natalya Trukhina lead her group during the spring world cup of this year, being one of the favorites of the forum, but this season she finished at the last place of group 7. The other russian fbb, Natalia Kovaleva also lead her group last season, and even if she is in the next round, its a big surprise how she end up with 8 points less against the leader of her group Kristina Zafirova. Brazil and the U.S had 4 girls competing on this game, and only 1 of each country made it to the knock out stage, a greater surprise and disappointment
MVP OF THE STAGE: DIANNA BLANCHARD
Leading group 6, the french debutant had the best stats of all the groups stage leaders, and is one of the favorites to win it all.
