obviously the video this is sourced from is likely pretty good too to get an idea of her training, and she certainly has a non-unreasonable training program for someone wanting to look like she does.

loved all the stuff about approachability. goes for men and women in the gym. i'm more likely to ask for a spot from someone who looks like their dog didn't just die or they scraped their car trying to park.

i'll say it again, the glut is warranted. enjoy this window while she is active
