awefilms payment problem - anyone else?

i just figured, i could try awefilms again after a year or so. turns out, that they took my money, but i am unable to log in. i also cant contact them, i have to go through ccbill or epoch. anyone else got these problems?

How long was your subscription?

I recall having some problems logging in immediately after subscribing, this was over a year ago and possibly the year previous to that.. I probably had to contact them but it was resolved. It looks like they have a "contact us" page with email addresses for them & they payment processor.
