Of course, people would need to learn how to recognize implants.
Call me a pessimist, but I think these kinds of tags are doomed to fail. A concerning percentage of our fellow users seem to browse while sitting 10 feet away from their phone, using minimum brightness settings, without wearing glasses. At least, that's my running theory on how people can look at a pair of water balloons and say "wow, those sure are some great naturals".
For fun, look up the "teen" tag and count how many results are pictures of obvious 30+ year olds.
I think many people would appreciate a "natural breasts" tag. Of course, people would need to learn how to recognize implants.
