Not sure if that is actually manual labour using a blower. More like standing around shooting garbage everywhere else --- not a good thing by any measure and hardly 'strenuous'. I know what labour is and it is NOT that.

Back in my day

One of only a few photos I have of Veronica valentyne where her muscles are actually flexed because of work. She's shoveling snow like a madwoman here out in the cold, apparently without freezing to death. She may be small, but has beautiful musculature and also incredible endurance.

Here, in the appropriately named for this category, "Muscle isn't just for show," Veronica Valentyne is loading some items onto a bus. Here she is holding onto a table as she puts it down. She also does some very nice flexing in ideal light in the same video.

Eye pro. Ear pro. Lace up steel cap work boots. Hi-vis. Gloves. Pre-shift safety briefing. Emergency incident procedures. Updating hazard register and hazard matrix. Suggested not mandatory.

It's not physically laborious, but she's using power tools...
