Personally I look up to female bb in search of inspiration, trying to be most feminine I can. That said, I would tell Chris Tina Bruce among tg bb, because she doesn't fear to bulk up and shred like a pro. Many times I had to listen people saying "if you want to be (or appear) like a woman, why are you growing muscles?" . A variation of muscles=men
Chris Tina Bruce
I really liked how she looked here, but there doesn't seem to be much video of her in that kind of shape, and she's slimmed down a lot since.
There is some stage footage though (as far as I can tell the 2011 Border States Classic was her only contest).
My transpirations include:
Janae Kroc -- still built like a mountain, though nowhere as big as pre-HRT. She's a wonderful person and very open about her struggles with her self image.
Sonny Kiss -- although genderfluid, she's been identifying more female lately. A fantastic wrestler with a super athletic body, and her style is both androgynous and gorgeous.
Nyla Rose -- extremely strong, agile and athletic for a plus size woman, which is important to me considering I'm about three times bigger than the average trans woman :)
On a personal level (and away from the female muscle side), I really love Eve C. Lindley, a trans actress known for the show Dispatches From Elsewhere. She's very beautiful and talented. I also loved porn star Danni Daniels in earlier times, when she embraced her masculine side.
Just an honest question. I'm genuinely curious and would like to know who trans people should or would look up to for inspiration. I realize this does not relate to female muscle as it is written, but if you could list some trans athletes or bodybuilders then that would be great. I'll still accept names outside of fitness, however, provided this doesn't detract too far from the overarching theme of this site.
And please don't just list names or post pics. I would like to hear why you feel like they are good role models. This is not political, and I am not judging anyone. I want to use this thread as a means of educating myself and perhaps anyone else who is interested.
Before Bruce Jenner transitioned, I already admired him for being a gold medal winning decathlete. In 1976, he showed himself to be, arguably, the best athlete in the whole world and he looked good while doing it. That makes him a pretty good role model IMO. When he subsequently identified as trans, I didn't admire him/her any more or any less because that was irrelevant to why I'd admired him in the first place.
