Could it be a stunt double?
Maybe but didn't look like it from the teaser that dropped today.
They CGI just about anything if they have to. But Form the set photos it looks like it’s actually legit.

Cool i think the Marvel movies need more muscular female characters even in the comics they where quite muscular compared to the movies not fbb size but like a fitness model.
And i am not sure what to think about female Thor i think it's a silly idea but at least she looks great i kind of got bored of all the Marvel movies there are too many i want new ideas.
Guys, I need to say that I'm excited. Expecting what they can do with the CGI (yeah, I know, a shame) of She-Hulk too. Muscular women (the beginning, of course) have arrived to the superhero universe (let's forget Elektra and one of the amazons played by Brooke Ence in "Wonder woman", right?)!
i think the shot has very good lighting though it's obvious she put on some weight. it will be interesting to see what she is shown in.
in the comics her alter ego has cancer and is in chemo and very much near death. Being Thor transforms her body and the cancer has no effect, but it also clears her body of all the chemo meds. so every time she transforms she sets herself back until eventually she kicks the bucket at the end of the run (and is resurrected of course).
wonder if they'll go with that. if she has to play double duty its possible that she is still not-defined enough to look sickly, and with some good lighting and posing can look more like a Thor
She isn’t jacked. Barely noticeable in the world of physique, figure and bodybuilding. Maybe compared to her previous stick figure roles she’s gained some weight and a little muscle, but typical Hollywood, nothing to write home about. Female Thor…yawn, how about an original or current character that’s already female? I won’t be watching because marvel, like the Star Wars franchise has sold out to conform to agenda driven BS. Ok that’s my rant, lol.

It’s more than just gender swapping. It was a storyline in the comic books. Quit crying about political agendas just because you don’t like the heroes of these franchises being something other than straight white men.
like i said, the Thor run was very good. It wasn't even a straight up swap. Thor went on to do his own thing for a while before retaking, well, everything.
Seriously, some of y'all have got to stop complaining about how the women in these superhero movies aren't "big enough." If the top brass in Hollywood don't want it, it won't happen. Period.
Just legit curious, do you get off on saying and or typing the word period? I'm not joking. Do you really think that ending an argument with "Period." does something that makes everyone else shudder in fear and finally admit defeat in the face of unfathomable odds? Again, I'm not joking, I'm seriously wanting to understand.
Holy crap. The rumors were true. She got way more jacked for this role than I thought.
