Currently, subscribing to an image seems to only create a notification if a new comment is added. The request is to modify that to also notify if the name gets added or changed. That way, user can be notified when an unnamed (or partially named) image gets identified later. Otherwise notification would only appear if someone also added a comment when they added the name.
