I bet that she's still training and eating right. It's just that she used to be on a ton of gear. Now she's probably natural. People -- but especially women -- can only keep up those drug regimens for so long.
This was Michi Ritz when she was at her peak physicality:
Super buff and built like a brickhouse. She was the first female doctor I saw that had a bodybuilder like physique.
This is her now:
She's lost most of her muscle mass and resembles nothing of her earlier self. Its a total transformation.
She is a very good doctor. Until some years ago she used to attend her pacients sleveless, for good. I could barely listen to what she had to say.
Off-topic, but I love it when hot women call themselves "doctor", as in introducing themselves with the title, putting it on the social media profiles, etc.
...Which is standard and expected since she is an actual doctor.
Perhaps that's the culture in the US? Over here, I've had friends and colleagues who held actual doctorate degrees, and they seemed to avoid the title in casual conversation. Doctors not always preface their Instagram handle with "Dr.". On the other hand, there's a social phenomenon of elitist fuckwad lawyers calling themselves "doctors", and they're always insufferable.
