Not sure how Roberta Coletti wasn't mentioned yet:
I guess the frustrating thing about her is that we've never gotten to see her flexing them. Mostly just poses them for seated selfies in an overall body shot.
fitgrllvr is spot on with Tanya Merryman and Traci Singleton outstanding calves, a willingness to show them off well and just general overall good looks put them at the top of the Calf Queens list.
