Why Are Highlight Reels Not Allowed?

Just had a video deleted because it was a highlight reel. I just want to know the reason why. Thanks

I deleted that one because it had a cut once or twice a second which made it basically unwatchable. Usually I leave the less extreme cases, when there is a cut only every few seconds, rather than several per second.
