The "I need to get as big as possible at all costs" mentality is one of the hottest things about bodybuilders.

This is exactly what I'm here for. Here's a relatively new video of Paige Capener who talks about her usage of PEDs and it's pretty hot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VAUzMaoWUI
From the very beginning she already knew that she wanted that look that is not achievable with only protein shakes and lifting weights and therefore went straight into Anavar and other substances, which worked out very well for her.
My favorite quote at 2:24 minutes: "I blew up. [...] I wanted to be big. I wanted to be huge. I didn't want your mainstream skinny girl that are tiny with a toned stomach and skinny little legs. I wanted a fat fu*king ass, nice ass quads, good calves - like I wanted to be built like a house!"

Not a female, but german bodybuilder Markus Rühl is famous for his tuna protein shakes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IwIu9CLEJW8

Ingredients for the curious:
- 300-400 ml water
- 1x tuna can (40g of proteins)
- Pepper
- Salt 2 grams
- 2x rice waffle for the carbs

This is amazing. And I might try this recipe too!
What's better than a t-bone porterhouse, baked potato with sour cream, asparagus, and a good bottle of Beaujolais in a coffee mug? ;)
It is fucking hot tbh. Love Renee throwing everything into the blender and drinking it. And she does that for like 5-6 times a day. She consumes 5000 calories every day which is just so fucking hot.I also like to calculate how much she eats in a year. Based on that video, she eats 130 cabbages, 260 kilos of chicken, 130 kilos of rice, and 3900 eggs. She says she's been eating like this for 6 years and that video itself is 6 years old. I don't think I've eaten 3900 eggs in 5 years let alone 1 year. The amount of meat she eats is staggering. Lowkey aroused when they throw all kinds of meat in their meals to get big.

Seriously though, I love how gender-unconforming this is. Society usually expects men to be manly and eat meat, while women are dainty, delicate, mostly plant-based creatures. Then comes Renee and shatters that expectation...

thats so hot. love the idea of the absolutely insane amount of food bodybuilders eat
I saw the video of Paige Capener you mentioned. She definitely has a unique approach. Personally, I find it fascinating how different people choose different paths to achieve their fitness goals. PEDs like Anavar can be effective, but they come with their own risks and controversies. It's important to weigh those carefully and consider the long-term effects. As for Markus Rühl's tuna protein shake, I've tried something similar myself. It’s not for everyone, but it’s a quick way to pack in protein.
If you’re looking for alternative ways to boost your protein intake without going the PED route, CooksCrafter.com is a great resource. They have tons of recipes and tips for high-protein meals that are both effective and delicious. Have you tried any unconventional recipes or methods yourself? Always curious to hear what works for others.
Bodybuilders have to eat so much, and sometimes there isn't enough time in a day to eat a meal, so they will liquefy their food and drink it, as seen in this video. I think this is insanely hot, because it makes them look like massive rugged beasts who consume everything in their path and do everything necessary to grow bigger.
There's also another video from a blacklisted FBB doing the same thing, and it's crazy hot.
Please post videos of women putting their whole meals in the blender, then drinking them.
