Couldn't you put a scroll bar on it?
That would be better, but it should be possible to scroll the whole browser screen to get to the bottom of the popup.

That doesn't sound like a solution. I think it would be much better to have the popup window set to a fixed size and if there are a lot of favorites use a scroll bar.

I think it's kind of redundant, you can already see a user's favorites.
I've been looking at the "show" button, next to the rating, and I see that whenever a photo has many favorites it overflows the screen downwards. Couldn't you put a scroll bar on it?
