Heavy spamming occurring

The site is being hit hard by spammers today. The last two pages of new registrants is almost all spammers. IDs are a first name, followed by 2-3 numbers. I've reported a number of the comments, but getting to be too many. Somebody needs to go in and remove all the fake registrants. Thanks.

I saw the same thing. Reported one message for good measure. Some bot or something.
