Max mp4 size is 20MB?

If I remember correctly, the limit was 50 mb for gifs and mp4, right?

The upload limit was 20MB for mp4's, and 100MB for gifs, which got converted to mp4's that were usually less than 20MB. This hasn't changed on the new site.
