Nominating a "Girl of the Week"

I always have trouble posting photos (not just on this site, but altogether), so my question is, is it completely necessary to post your own photo when suggesting a "Girl of the Week"? Or can a photo be picked for you by the moderator?

You don't have to post a photo at all for that. You just paste in the URL of any existing picture on the site.
