I wouldn't have thought it would be removed for content reasons, since she is technically wearing something and I always assumed the "nudity" restriction applied to visible anuses, vaginas, and nipples and not bare glutes anyway, since the latter are common in artistic photos of athletic bodies, including things like ESPN magazine's body issues, and there's plenty of examples already on the site. I didn't want to bother reuploading it myself if it wasn't a mistake or something, though.
