I'm getting the same message, the homepage just shows empty boxes where the pictures should be. I was on a few hours ago and it worked fine but now; nothing.
Yeah, GWM hit 50,000 pics so it's kinda like a Y2K thing and the site just kinda seizes up. Prolly get cleared up soon enough... In the meantime, just look at all your downloaded pics ;D
This has happened a few times before and as I recall, it was a problem with the server. I sent Chainer an email in case he hasn't seen it yet. If it's his web provider, there won't be much he can do about it. We'll just have to wait until things get fixed. If it's his problem, no doubt he will be all over it.
It was the site overloading the server. This was happening because a certain large data table didn't have an index in a field where it should've had an index (which speeds up queries a lot, hence reducing server load).
I keep getting the same message also and it does not matter which of the 3 browsers I use--Safari, Camino, or Firefox on my Mac. It has been a problem for at least the last 24 hours.
No doubt Chainer is aware of the problem. It's probably something up with server loading again. We'll just have to be patient and wait until he gets it going again.
YUP! Just happened to me, but I think it's just temporary. It happens with servers sometimes. They just get over loaded with requests and come to a screaming stop.......just like we humans do from time-to-time.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
It also says that. What can I do? It says that on both internet explorer and firefox.
