Almost 50 years later, I still love Pippi, but this Luisa thing is insane. The fact that she's showing off with bicep bounces is pretty trippy. I'm from the country, where lots of girls sometimes liked to show off their biceps or quads, but nothing like this. As you talk about the process fp909, I'd have to wonder who were the creative persons behind these scenes. Male? Female? Both? Members of GWM? Members of HerBiceps? A brother-sister set of twins whose parents belonged to Diana the Valkyrie? Who??

And how can we blow them up so they can get more influence on the big screen?

Quite a few actually. I have written about some here. Check out my posts.

Apart from the ones already posted.

Late teen I was together with this cute petit blond. She has played soccer alot. Her thighs was so hard and strong. Very shapely too. She leg scissored me alot. She always talked about how strong her younger sisters legs was. Quite some years later as I work at Naitilus that sister started to train and I gave her instuctions. She maxed out the legpress (her thighs and ass was like stone) and the calf rise machine. She said her calves had always been strong, flex a super round hard gastrocnemius, due to her walking on her toes all the time as A child.

In my twenties workin in ER as a helper we started to talk about strength and this nurse maybe 45-50 said She worked out alot, biked and skied, and was stronger than probebly alot of us boys she thought. She challenged us to wall sit. You know 90 degres. She won easy and stopen after 12! Minutes. We where No way near.

My wife beats me AW left and sometimes put me in a head lock. Her bicep then is so hard both the pressure and the acctual hardnes of the muscle hurt. Can’t break free. Her leg scissors are realy good too.

Yes, a few times. Against her 5 year older sister. She easily won both arms. Against our neighbor who is quite fit. She won with both but had to fight a bit with the right. Against one of our good friends who trains a lot and is 10-12 cm taller than her and weighs a lot more. She lost with the right but won with the left. After that match, she also defeated her husband with the left. He's pretty skinny though.

wow sounds super hot

I discovered female bodybuilding in 1984 at the age of 12. The first time I remember seeing "Women's Physique World" was in the spring or summer of 1986. It was the Spring 1986 WPW issue with the beautiful Mishay Santos on the cover. I just couldn't get over how such a pretty and feminine woman could be so strong and muscular at the same time. It absolutely boggled my mind. I loved her look, but I was too embarrassed to admit it to anybody. It was easy to look forward to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue each winter (and I did!!), but the new phenomenon of mid-80's female bodybuilding absolutely captivated me in a very private and secretive way that went way beyond the "normal" woman. My teenage self couldn't let anyone know that I was "into" muscular women. These women were so different from my mom or my friend's moms or even my older sisters. These women could flex a bicep with a beautiful smile on their faces and make you love it!! And did I love it!! I still do.

im 38, have been infatuated with strong girls since I was probably 10 or 11. Used to sneak looks at the muscle mags in the grocery store in the mid 90's. My sister also has always been naturally muscular which also helped fuel my obsession.

Who is "someone?"

In the comments on instagram. I can't find her sister's fb page. The first link (mine) said she disappeared Sept. 20. Bobschnelker's link refers to August. I really hope she's ok.

I suspect that experiences we have in the earliest years influence (unseen) bias formation that is often thought of as 'being born this way'. (If true, the implications are bigger than our interest on this site.) HummerFan's point on reaction formation is new to me. I think of ego-formation (mentioned in the reaction formation article) as happening (mostly) during the early months/years; as we progress through early stages of development, including self-awareness steps such as learning to recognize ourselves in a mirror. A lot happens in our first few years that we don't remember (as well as in our subconscious that we aren't aware of).

For my home life, my parents argued a lot when I was little (about or before age 2 perhaps). They got loud but not physical. My objection to this was to go to the far end of the room and knock my head on the floor. I don't remember doing this, but it's been confirmed, including by my older sister. She remembered the circumstances and my reaction to it. There were narcissistic traits in both of our parents (hence, the arguments). There are often gender biases with narcissists so I wonder if I received more negative attention from my father so saw him as the bad guy when he argued with my mother. Perhaps these events had an early influence on my subconscious. I remember being 5 and recognizing the strength of the mother of a family we knew well. She was of average build and typical behavior. She wasn't an athlete. When I was 4 I fell while playing with her son in their garage. She picked me up for a moment. Perhaps that incident triggered something in my subconscious that may have started there when I was 2.

So my interest in strong women goes back to age 5. When attraction hormones came along, signs of strength (arms/veins mostly) were prominent attractors and my imagination wants to exaggerate a woman's strength and toughness (exaggeration is consistent with HummerFan's thought about reaction formation).

MM21: answers you get will depend on the perspectives of the responders. You can see what I'm saying by reading, or re-reading, the entire thread. It's not that long.

I pay $99 per year; in one payment; for Her Biceps Plus, which works out to about $8.30 per month. I like HDPhysiques and subscribed for many years. But there is too much free stuff now on line to pay for more than just the one site.

I may add a second pay site early next year. But I have not made a final decision nor have I thought about which one.

@shav...I also have the same subscriptions as the ones you described, annually for her biceps and usually quarterly for HDphysiques. Their sister site PremiumPhysiques, has incredible muscle models but not enough updates, so I only hit that one occasionally. FTVideo is also outstanding!!!!

Oh okay I see, yeah my sister got into lifting like 2 years ago so that was also pretty cool. That’s why I responded. >

Oh this isn’t for me (fortunately I have a partner who lifts.) Rather, this is a topic of curiosity for me because I see so many posts of dudes who hide their attractions from the SOs. Maybe this will be a way to help them out.

One of my favorites! 😫 That's so sad. From colon cancer at that! I have seen up close and personal with my mother and sister-in-law how awful that cancer is (I know all cancer is bad, but still...) and how quickly it metastasizes once it's seemingly discovered--it is awful and ruthless! Poor Rhonda! 😞. May she R.I.P.

A few more ladies who belong in this thread:

  • Charla Sedacca's sister, Janice Graser -- she had huge baseball biceps like her sibling

  • The original bicep sisters, Julie McNew and Valerie Basilone!

  • Lisa Aranda

I can still vividly remember seeing Julie McNew on the cover of that old black and white, Women's Physique World's tiny magazine, with only several pages. I went nuts. Then seeing her sister on some ESPN FBBing shows, wow!! Valerie had better biceps than Julie in my opinion. Those were some exciting days. Seeing all that female muscle when it was so relatively new. 💪👍🥵🔥

Cool topic. I used to go to the same gym as Alyssa Nemes (who’s sister is actually my wife’s friend from like elementary school and all). This was when she was competing and at her biggest. Same spot, there was this blonde woman, mid 40s, who was absolutely massive. She actually reminded me of Lisa Cross. Not quite that big but not that far off either. I always remember one day I was doing pull ups and she came over and asked if she could join. Obviously I was more than happy. So I do a bunch and she adds the pull up assist. So I say after her set, “aren’t you too strong for that?”. She just laughed and said “maybe but all this muscle weighs a lot.” I was blown away. I asked if she competed and she said yes and asked what I thought she competed in. I said, you’re way to big for figure so either physique or hopefully bodybuilding.” She just smiled and we did our next few sets. She could tell I was so turned on ( maybe by the massive erection I was trying to hide in my under armor shorts. Or just cuz I couldn’t help but stare a little. And she definitely threw a little half flex in there for me here and there. From that point on we always said hello to each other and stuff. Maybe cuz I wasn’t a huge creep, but obviously turned on by her muscles. She said her name once but I can’t remember it. I was too occupied to really catch it.

Honestly, I think what the judges are looking for is still up in the air. My friends sister almost went pro at her last show, and she looks like a figure competitor with huge shoulders and striated quads.

I used to arm wrestle my sister when we were kids. I used to always win because I was older and bigger. But then thé victories got harder and harder. It began to get close, and eventually she beat me in a long hard match . I never beat her again after that. It was never even close in fact. She loved it and wanted to armwrestle all the time. Little bitch.
