:-\ can anyone tell me what picture I'm talking about? I found it on the net the other day but I don't remember where or even how I got to it. It had a young woman (blonde probably) in a half lying pose, belly facing us, wearing high heels... she had one leg bent and she was holding the stilletto of that shoe with her hand. Great biceps and legs... very very hot.
i should've searched before posting my "requests"..i found a few photos of cynthia hill here..quite a few of carolyn evans..a few of audrey dippenaar and kathy unger..i might have better luck with paula if i could spell her last name..yet to search for holly martin..but there are zero images of gina oakes..would still love to see more of these others..only carolyn evans had what seemed like a decent amount of images..i had never seen too many of her anywhere.. anyway, everyone involved with posting the images seems to be doing a great job..fulfilling, to some extent, even more obscure requests like mine..thank you

Does anyone have pictures and clips of Karla Nelson flexing and posing her abs? I can't find any anywhere. I always thought she had very muscular abs. Who do ya'll think has the most muscular abs?

Here's what I remember: Blonde Good peaked biceps and abs (don't think the abs were quite symmetrical) In one photo she is only flexing her right bicep. I think I remember her wearing a white sports bra in a professional photo with a blue background There is also a black and white photo of her.
The photo may be on the site but I didnt find the photos originally on this site.

A year ago disappeared two videos from youtube, both on Carla Gore. A fitness girl from 80-90s. Does anyone know where i can find pictures or videos of her?

Anyone know where I can get hold of any Quaren vids? Isn't much around on youtube, veoh etc these days. Does anyone have any or know if any of her DVDs are still for sale?
FemFlex.com has some vids from Dec. of '04 of her bicep flexing. 'Course you got to be a member to see them. I thought WPW had some of her from way back but I couldn't find them on their site or Ray Martin's either.
