I met a girl about 6 months ago at the restaurant where I work. We got to talking about arts and stuff after I made a comment about her drawings. We've been chatting online ever since and our chats have only been friendly (since she's 16 YO). So I found out that she does figure skating and we talk a lot about training and working out and I was wondering if, pending her approval, I should ask her to post pictures on the site. She's not very muscular but she's very fit and has nice tone in her arms and back and her calves are just crazy. I'm asking this because I know that age is a BIG issue for some members on the site (with the fact that she's 16, soon to be 17 YO)

There was a lot of female muscle on the beaches this weekend. Really enjoyed the scenery! The amount of muscle on the female teens is mindboggling! I think for the most part have past the males their age. I saw a few 12-14 year olds that looked as buffed as some of the gals on this site that age. Several late-teenaged girls with great muscles and bodies. Most of the guys they were with were skinny punks. What has happened to the males in the US? I even saw some gals my age that I would have loved to wrestle!
Too much muscles for the girls, for me is not good to see. It is better for the girls who have a sexy body not a big body like a man. But anyway, they love to be in the beaches so they will be tanned more.
That's awesome .... but the only thing I'd say (as someone who's in his late 30's) is to be a little bit cautious. I mean, she's only 16, so the whole thing of having crushes on guys to the point she'll do "whatever it takes" to win over one of them as her boyfriend is probably just a stage.... Soon enough, she's going to outgrow that phase and start asking herself if she's doing things because she wants them for herself, or just to please someone else, you know?
Hopefully, she'll discover she really likes working out/being strong -- so it won't be an issue. But if not, just be aware that this may not necessarily last, long-term. And if it's like you said in your story so far, I wouldn't go blaming yourself or anything either. You just have to give her some space to figure out for herself if she's happy with all of her decisions.

My likeness for GWM is a secret, or atleast was until this saturday, and this is the part when it gets interesting; I'm 20 years old and live in Venezuela, and I've never been with a muscular chick (it's my ultimate dream).
So this girl has a crush on me, she's 16, she's an old ex-gf's cousin (she's athletic, she likes doing sports and such), we screwed around about 3 months ago and since then I rarely talked to her, but she was still thinking about me and sending me text msgs once in a while, we had talked few things since we met, (only as a friend and when I was bored), and since we had sex we liked to dirty talk a lot, so we trusted each other a bit, so saturday, she pops in msn messenger and tells me: "why don't u like me better", and it comes into a half an hour conversation, until I said it, I revealed my secret: "I like girls with muscles, a six-pack, biceps...etc.". So she tells me: "I'll do it", I was awestruck and I had to make sure that what I was reading was real, so I said: "u'll do what?", she said: "I'll become all muscular for you, I'll train from monday to sunday until I get as muscular as you want. I recently saw my girl this friday (when I say my girl, she isn't my gf or anything), she has 3 weeks working out seriously, everyday she works out, she jogs, does sit ups, she borrowed a sit up chair, dumbells from friends, I realized that she is really commited.
When she started she already was thin and worked out regularly just to stay in shape, but not with such intensity, so what I could see this friday really excited me, she was hard everywhere I touched. Her quads, calves, her abs were hard as hell and they were starting to show some def. She flexed her arms and they formed a little ball, I couldn't beleive what I saw, it was a little biceps pretty visible, I was like awesome! she said: "do biceps make u hot?" and I'm like, "fuck.. yah". She said "ok, I'll focus on them", I was losing my mind there lol. And that was my first hand experience so far, hopefully it gets way better. About the pics, well unfortunaly she doesn't wants to get pics taken... But I'll try my best. Cheers!
My situation is actually close to yours AdrGea. My current GF is working out and growing muscle since she wants to fully please me in every possible way. Now that she has around 4 months working out, she really likes it and told me she is doing it for herself and couldn't believe she likes it so much. It's actually kind of amazing since I never... neverrrr thought she would take up this lifestyle (eating right, protein, supps, working out, etc) in order to build muscle. She is just so girly (always buying shoes, designer purses, nice clothes, etc) that I would have never thought so which is why when we were just going out and not GF-BF I hadn't made it official. I knew that there was no muscle there and that I needed to find a girl with some muscle otherwise my relationship would fail like my previous one. Oh and I also learned from experience that the girl I was with, had to genuinely have an interest in working out and being healthy. This was because my last GF wanted to please me but never could and even though she wouldn't accept she didn't have the discipline to do it, it was the truth in the end.
Anyways, currently she is at around 125lbs @ 5'6ish, she used to weigh 110-114lbs when I first met her... muscle is coming on great! Guess those 200+ grams of protein and hard work are paying off >:D Her legs are amazingly hard and you can see them buldge up a bit, biceps are now actually there, before it was just a thin arm with no signs of muscle at all. Her back is also wider and getting really hard... this actually caused her to rip a dress the other day! LOL oh and her legs also made her rip a skirt! She also can't fit into most of her clothes now (esp pants/jeans). It is kinda amazing, when she first began working out she was fitting so much better in her clothes (losing some weight and little bit of fat she had gained over the years) and now the bulking/muscle process has begun where she is growing!
I had her open a bodyspace acct and even though she is a bit hesitant about uploading pics (doesn't want to show off until she feels she has a flat stomach and more muscle), I am recording her stats and will post it up here so guys can check it out.

Honestly, with my current job, there's only a small group of people who all seem like they've worked here for many years. No female muscle to be seen here. And as I've gotten older, I just don't have friends inviting me to big parties and events like I once did. (The last time I tried to organize one at my own place, only about 6 people showed up out of like 50 I invited. Everyone's too busy with family, kids, other commitments, a planned vacation, or whatever.)
College was the best time for finding women with muscles, really... I remember when I was going to the area community college, one of the required courses to graduate was a physical education credit, which most people got by going to the gym on campus. I wound up making friends with one gal who got out of the gym at the exact same time I finished with my last class for the afternoon, so we'd often run into each other as I was heading toward the parking lot at the end of campus. She was all into the idea of lifting weights and building some muscles. She wasn't really anyone you'd consider more than "average looking". She was about 5'4" with dirty blonde hair and pale skin, and didn't wear any makeup. But she was kind of the "tomboy" type, happy to flex for you any time you asked and let you feel her arms to comment on any progress you might have noticed. And without even asking, she used to go up on her tiptoes and ask me to check out her calves.
I met another girl, a little younger than me, who I dated a few times, briefly. She was a cute blonde, kind of skinny but had noticeable bulging biceps when she ran her hands through her hair or anything like that. I told her I really liked her muscles, and she admitted that she was "pretty strong", and said something about getting her muscles from helping her dad work on cars and carrying around a lot of heavy stuff. I asked her to try picking me up and without even acting like it was a big deal, she scooped me up in her arms and carried me around a little bit. (I told her I was probably 50 or 60lbs. heavier than her and she just nodded and grinned, kind of tossed me up in the air and caught me again a couple times, and said I wasn't too hard to carry.)
I remember hanging out with some of my friends one night too. We went to this clubhouse at an apartment complex because one of my friends had a key to it. This girl my friend knew had some really massive legs. (She was a big broad-shouldered gal anyway, but her legs were definitely up to the task of supporting all her weight and a LOT more.) She ends up sitting down at the leg press machine and asks my friend to put the key in it. He starts it at about 340lbs. and she presses it once and says "Give me some more weight!" He sticks it at around 500 and she presses it again, with ease, and says "I can do 900 or so. Set it for that." So he puts the key in the second to the bottom slot and she cranks out 5 or 6 reps with the full stack of weight, minus the one plate. She claimed her dad was a bodybuilder and won some kind of state title one year, and that's how she got into weightlifting herself.
Then I used to know this other gal, Di, who was really strong too. She didn't really look it, except her legs looked a bit more muscular than normal (kind of like you'd expect a cyclist to have or something). But she was really solid. (Her brother was all into amateur wrestling and used to wrestle with her all the time. He was bragging one time about how tough she was, and how she could pick him up, holding him upside down, and do pile-drivers on him, even though he weighed 250lbs.) To my surprise, she blurts out "Yeah, but you're not THAT much bigger than me anyway!" Later on, I questioned her about that and she just shrugged, and said "Yeah.. I mean, I'm probably 190... 200.... somethin' like that.... maybe a little more. I carry a lot of weight in my legs." She *really* didn't look like she was more than maybe 140-145. So I got her to hop on my scale at home, and sure enough .... the dial zipped around and stopped at 205! I told her I was impressed and showed her I wasn't even more than about 180 myself. After that, I asked her for a piggyback ride and she happily gave me one for a good 5 minutes or so. I kept laughing and saying how easy she was making it look, so she actually offered me a shoulder ride after that! She was going to have me stand on a chair but instead, I said "Here... just squat down and let me climb on. Let's see if you can do that!" She squatted down but mostly because I was trying to make it hard on her at this point, I said "No... squat lower! Lean forward some and put your hands on your knees." She did, leaning further forward than I really expected her to, so her arms were bent. I figured this was *really* going to make things a challenge for her ... I straddled her neck and tucked my legs back up against her chest. To my surprise, she gave a little grunt and pushed on her knees, straightening her arms out, leaned back a little, grabbed my lower legs with her hands and stood right up. She proudly asked "How was that?!" and proceeded to shoulder carry me around a bit.
I got a couple other good piggyback rides from her at parties after that, too ... and she even let me use her as human furniture one time, when we were goofing around watching a movie and drinking with some of her friends. She got on her hands and knees and invited me to have a seat on her back, and just held me up there for a while, after some of us got on a discussion about how strong she was.
(Too bad we just didn't really "click" in things beyond the physical... She wasn't the brightest person around and our conversations just got boring and hard to continue when we hung out -- so I just kind of lost touch with her after a while.)
