First the good news. By now, most of you have seen Cameron's "Top Gear" flex on "youtube" and/or pics from the TV show. I remember telling you all about it when I first saw that vid in the beginning of 2011. What a treat!!!  Anyhow, so much for the good news. Now you better sit down and get hold of a cold compress. You're gonna need it!!!

In the movie "Bad Teacher" Cameron Diaz says to somebody: "I'm stronger than I look..." and then FLEXES her muscle!!! Trouble is, the camera man does NOT show us the FLEX !!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ????????? They should give that camera guy a DETENTION !!! I can't remember being this frustrated watching a movie since Pussy Galore flipped James Bond in "Goldfinger" but never showed him her muscles!!!

Ironically, "Bad Teacher" is still a pretty good flick, and I can think of worse things than staring at Cameron Diaz. Too bad nobody on this site was the camera man, eh?  ;D

I don't believe BMI is important here. And I don't find important measuring only the bicep muscle. When you measure your biceps you are also measuring your tricep wich is not flexed and is completely relaxed. You would have to take many things in account to measure a muscle.

I know it is often published how large someone's arms are...for example 17". Is this the true measurement of the actual muscle? My arms are 16.5 flexed but I have average sized biceps. The question is are my bicep muscles bigger than someone who has 14 inch arms? As I look through this site there seem to be plenty of photos that I would guess have bigger biceps than me. But I know their arms are less than 16.5 inches. So here is my thought and I guess question....... Would an accurate measurement of one's bicep be 1. Measure the bicep flex circumference 2. measure the wrist circumference. 3. Take BMI measurement of the bicep area.   Now subtract the wrist measurement from the bicep measurement. Subtract Bicep BMI from 100. Multiply x net bicep /wrist measurement???

Sorry I am not an engineer or mathematician so I am sure this could be better stated.....

Example:   17" bicep minus 10" inch wrist = 7"
100 minus Bicep BMI 25 would be .75
7 x .75 would be = 5.25 inch muscle which would indicate a more accurate size of the muscle...

Any thoughts?.....serious ones of course....... Any interest?

As someone who has actually worked in the porn industry before, I can speak from experience and say that different girls handle things different ways. Not every girl in porn is unhappy and broken. It takes a certain mentality to be able to do porn and not every girl that gets into it has what it takes. The problem is a lot of girls get into porn for all the wrong reasons. Those are the ones that end up "broken" so to speak. But I've met plenty of girls in the biz that enjoyed the work and made good money doing it.

I would not date a girl that had a wider nose than I did.  The problems with most FBBs is that their faces get too manly, whether naturally or through "supplements."

I guess the quest to see a girl with a super-model face and a muscular body leads people to create morphs. And such an ideal probably can only exists as morphs, as a kind of fantasy. The human face reflects habits, ways of life, modes of expression, diets... People with different lifestyles don't usually have similar faces. While modeling favors delicacy and, well, bony-ness, bodybuilding strives toward thickness, strength and ardor. I mean, there are hundreds of muscles around the face, which can't remain the same after the body underwent a bodybuilding program.

I'm not saying that bodybuilders are necessarily less beautiful than super-models; personally, I'd much prefer the way they look. There are bodybuilders who are considered to be as pretty as models; however, those are the ones that don't aggressively pursue huge muscles, and they only look that way after extensive make-up and very carefully controlled lighting.

For me she has to have a beautiful face. It's not just about the face, but also about the feminine attitude.

I didn't even see your original post until just now, but I completely hear you!  Heck, I was married to a gal with muscles (although she was far from a "gym rat").  She was more the naturally muscular type with the right genetics for it.  She used to do martial arts and weightlifting regularly when she was still in school, but when we were together, the gym was more an occasional weekend thing for her.  I think more than anything, she just wanted to make sure she still had the strength she thought she did.

At least in our situation, the biggest relationship issues that developed were pretty unrelated to anything strength/muscle related.  (We had a lot of financial struggles, for one thing, and for another - I think she got influenced by some other people that the "grass would be greener on the other side of the fence" if she left me and moved away.)  Still, there was certainly a constant divide between the "muscle fantasy" and "muscle reality".  I don't always mean the obvious things that might come to mind, either.  (EG.  Guys with real extreme fantasies that the woman obviously can't live up to in real life.)  I'm talking things like for me at the time, the entire thing of being a guy attracted to her muscles and strength was a real private thing.  I was VERY interested in her strength, but at the same time, not so comfortable about her showing it off in front of me, in public or around friends of ours who didn't necessarily know or "get" the whole thing.  Meanwhile, she seemed far more interested in the showing off part than anything else.  (To her, I think it was like "You already KNOW how strong I am ... I've already picked you up and carried you around easily, many times.  Why even do it again if I can't do it to impress or freak someone out who had no clue I was that strong?)  And to make matters worse, if she got a negative reaction from people, it just made her more convinced the whole thing was pointless and kind of weird -- discouraging her further.

Our marriage ended on a pretty bad note, but that was many years ago.  Today, we're basically on "speaking terms" but it's still a little awkward.  Sometimes I get the idea she's doing things specifically to do the opposite of whatever I liked about her -- thinking that will make her happier in some way.  I know she's going to the gym a lot now, but only to lose weight and "tone", and said she "doesn't really care how strong she is" anymore as long as she looks good.  IMHO, sad, really -- since she's just becoming another statistic in that sense.

Wow mixed response, I was hesitating about sharing this stuff with you guys...I still don't know if it was right, Im glad some of you responded in a constructive way of manner, but also some of you, geez, go drown yourself in your own miserableness! The thing is that I am still in contact with my ex. I love her alot, but we were just at two different places in life.

Yeah.... that's another aspect of the whole bodybuilding scene I just don't quite "get".  The idea that contestants need to "lean out" before competitions seems stupid to me.  I think they almost ALWAYS look a lot better in their "off season" look.  I assume this whole thing came about because judges wanted to see all of the details of the muscle groups as clearly as possible, which meant as little fat as possible blocking the view.  But I'm not even sure that's how we want to evaluate contestants in the first place.  It's a really unnatural look and probably rather unhealthy too.  (Why do you think they don't STAY lean like that when not in a competition, if it was really a preferred state to keep one's body in?)

Yes, that Mariam Power is quite an impressive woman!

Another naturally (I think) well-endowed musclewoman is Jill Mills:

http://www.amg-lite.com/jill_mills/

Now, I'm no expert, but I believe that you'll almost never see a female bodybuilder with large, natural breasts.  This is simply because breasts are mostly fat, and to get that hard, ripped, and vascular FBB look, the woman has to get her bodyfat down to practically nothing.  Even if a FBB's naturally well-endowed, her breasts are going to be pretty minimal in contest-ready condition, unless she opts for implants.  It just can't be helped.

I recall seeing a photo of a minor-league FBB some years ago (I don't recall her name) who had leaned down for a competition.   She had deflated, grandma-looking breasts that seemed to be all skin.  I imagine that she must have been very large breasted before she went for that FBB look.

Powerlifters (like Mariam and Jill) don't need to lean down, so if they're naturally well-endowed, they generally maintain their large breasts even as they develop some frighteningly powerful muscles.

Personally, I don't care that much for the ripped-and-vascular FBB look, but real-life Amazons like Mariam and Jill are another matter altogether!

To be fair, I'm not 100% if we're just talking about what we find personally attractive, or we're talking about the attributes we think are important for a FBB who competes on some level?

When it comes to competition, I don't give a care WHAT the woman looks like.  I don't think bodybuilding should be intertwined with some sort of "beauty contest".  It should simply be about the sport itself ... How much can the person lift in various ways vs. the weight class they're in.  Stats like their measurements in various areas are relevant as additional information on the contestant, too, IMO.  But beyond that?  Their facial attractiveness doesn't contribute a bit to their lift totals ....

Assuming we just mean personal attractiveness though?  I can't get into seeing a woman with a face like a guy, or so full of wrinkles that I simply can't find her physically appealing.  But I'm not expecting a "supermodel" look either.  Actually, I think there's a lot to be said for a woman with muscles and a face that's sexy in a "tough tomboy girl next door" kind of way.

Amen to that.

Another girl with powerful muscles and very nice bosoms is Rin Nakai. You might find her on the GWM site. Here are a couple more pics that probably illusstrate what I'm talking about.

i'm just curious to know if there are any pics out there of a fbb who has decent sized breasts without having a boob job. it seems to me that i can't find anyone like that. they either have nice to large breasts due to surgery, or they just have pecs. if someone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

Agreed but I think there's a profound difference between stripping and porn acting.  Most porn is disgusting.  Stripping really does seem like good clean fun in comparison, even if most of the money is being made giving lap dances.  I, too, know some strippers and ex-strippers and it's hard to generalize about their emotional makeup - most seem pretty messed up, but a few are completely fine.  (And my wife is an ex go-go dancer, but that was in the days when there was work for girls who didn't want to go topless, which she didn't.)
