I've not been very lucky with the "go to gym to find muscle chicks" thing.
The only fbb in my gym is the owner, and she's married to another bb. She's 45 (and I'd gladly bang her even if I'm half her age).
The other (few) chicks come to do the usual girlish stuff like lifting 2-4 lbs weights, doing glute excercises and aerobic shit.

Hi Nick,
Very informative post and like to add some more tips to add mass to muscles.
Follow the rule of progressive overload and eat big to get big. Keep a workout journal. Train heavy and stick with compound exercises.  Incorporate higher reps into your training and sleep for 8 hours in a day.

Micky, I think you are approaching a person who is a big time body builder. I understand your feeling that you like to date a body builder, because even I feel to. But let's not look at those who are pro body builders. Rather a college girl who does body building for fun will be the right target for us. All the best!

Yes, I am sure she really could kick a lot of guys' asses quite badly! I saw an older video of the young Britney Spears dancing and kicking on stage in a very powerful way. She demonstrated a lot of power, endurance, speed and flexibility. Using all these skills in a physical confrontation generally make her a dangerous opponent. That was proved by a video of her boxing I recently saw an youtube, I guess she was in her early 20s that time. From 4:50 she starts challenging her boyfriend for a boxing match and a bit later in the video she demonstrates a little of her boxing skills
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTz8bsdQgd8
Especially the way she was challenging her boyfriend impressed me, although it made me feel a bit intimidated at the same time. She seems to be very convinced of being able to kick many guys’asses if she wants to. I am 35 years old 5’9 tall and about 170 lbs and have a flexed iceps of about 12. She is only 5‘4“ and seems to seems to be very strong in terms of genetics. On contrary, I am not very strong and not in best health: I am rather a couch potatoe not excersising regularly. Moreover, I have neither any fighting experience nor any martial arts knowledge. I have vulnerable and weak knees which caps can quickly dislocate if I there is too much weight or pressure on them or I make too hectic moves. That means by quickly jumping or hectically moving up and down like in a physical confrontation match there is the risk of dislocating as well. The same applies to the case if someone kicks at my legs or jumps with full weight into me. Due to the fact that I have to pay attention that they may not dislocate I am also a bit slower and cannot move that quickly. I also have less momentum and cannot use all my strength, for example to pull someone because I could also risk to dislocate my knee. This is a kind of very small handicap I am born with and has nothing to do with the fact, that I am not very sporty. Thus, I am not in the best condition. When I see Britney dancing and kicking in such a powerful I am even a bit intimidated and am convinced she could be superiour to me in a physical confrontation. And if she challenged me like the guy in the video, honestly, I would be too scared to mess with her in the ring. I mean although I am guy: She is extremely fit, fast and strong and flexible whereas I am rather the contrary and not in the best shape and have vulnerable legs..Britney, getting really wild and angry using all the power she has vs. me who is required to take special care on his knees even when being angry.
Especially my vulnerable legs and her powerful legs are a deciding factor. They make me less flexible and less quick so that I would not be able to approach her whereas she could hit me several times at the same time. If she started kicking me it could become even worse for me...I find it somehow interesting that such a hot young girl might be stronger than me.
However, I think these days guys must deal with the fact that there are mamy girls out there beeing superior to them in terms of physical strength, although it can sometimes be a bit frustrating

Good grief, "Growth Gut" (usually a result of heavy HGH use) is hideous enough on male bodybuilders.

On FBB's, it's about a ugly as it gets.

There's something I've noticed among male bodybuilders that seems to never happen among female ones. I'm not entirely sure why, but some of those guys tend to have bulging stomachs like this...

I actually love that look! But the only female bodybuilders I ever remember seeing it on are Tami Wooden and Yvette Bova, and those weren't very large at all.

So, do any of you know of any female bodybuilders with stomachs like this?

Yeah really have to play dumb or act like her body doesn't excite you... i mean it be different if one was at a bar and trying to pick up say a muscled young lady, but some discretion has to be used if you were to go to say the gym or a FBB show. at least i think so.

Hey Scott, you creep ME out, and I'm not even a fbb... :-)
Kryten said it right, they are not there to please you, if they are friendly, be happy - if not, move on. Also being touched by a complete stranger - somehow I don't think many girls will react nicely to that.

if from the uk,you know its going to hard to find fbbs in england..sad,but its true.you'll probably better your chances by going stateside.or be very lucky...anyway,i just wanted to add this..do any of you guys remember that documentary with gayle maher..a lovely looking fbb..where she and other fbbs go online or have private meetups with fee paying clients,or schmos.she was asked if she would consider dating any of this guys..she said no period,as in no-way..if made me start to ask questions..those guys that paid to see her and the like, have saved some of their hard earned money.for some,it was a dream come true,to meet, let alone feel a muscular female...i couldnt help thinking,i may be wrong..inside some of those female minds was, give me your money you wierdo...but then again,i've heard some female bodybuilders say that going out with male bodybuilders is a competition in itself,so they prefer your ordinary jo...just thought i'd share that with you guys

hi folks.i am coming out if lol..its great to know that there are other folks other than me that is attracted to femuscle..i too have kept it too myself, not sharing how i feel about it,because of fear.fear of riddicule, embarassment, etc.it feels as if i'm in a hidden world.one of my fantasties if you like, would be to sit down with a like minded group sitting in a pub or wherever, and openly share and dialogue about femuscle(with a musclewoman sitting next to me of course).in the uk musclewomen are rare, its looked upon as a joke.alot of the females here dont like femuscle period.they love lots of beer or wine..anyway keep up posting, and thanks

...how to appraoch and talk to them, and not creep them out.
Bear in mind it is a bodybuilding/fitness show you're going to, not speed-dating. So far as I know the contestants are not obligated to talk to fans - be polite, don't expect too much in return.

Well my overall question was how to appraoch muscle women without creeping them out, and what r some good ways to get them to flex. And yes i understand muslce women or muscle babes or what ever we like to call them, are people 2 without problems and emtions like us. But what i was trying to say is, sometimes they got to relaize that some guys like musclure women, and we are going to appraoch them. I think it fine as long, as you dont get too physical (dose asking to arm wrestle take things too far) or other words, asking muscle women to flex, and feel thier biceps should be ok, and some shoudnt get weired out by it cuase its something like have to deal with being in that profesion. I was talking to a figure girl at show back in 2011, i asked her if a i could take a picture of her flexing and she was very hisientet, i added her to my face book the next day, and when i put the picture of her up she blocked me, a little harsh i thought, but ive seen her on her bicpes before so should have she been used to that kind of attention. I know it seems like i am writting an essay, when im just trying to ask one question. So how do i appraoch muscle women without creeping them out, and what are good ways to ask them how to flex. What are the dos and don'ts ect. This question is all about muscle women and how to appraoch and talk to them, and not creep them out.

its something they need to deal with, giving them being female bodybuilders

might have had something to do with this attitude...
Apr 26, 2012 - context
I think it's just something you have to deal with in the same way you'd deal with anyone you meet in day-to-day life. The world is full of a mixture of friendly and not so friendly people and the bodybuilding world is no different. Athletes, especially athletes in individual pursuits like bodybuilding, tend to be rather self-centred. I don't necessarily mean that in a negative way - no one succeeds in such a sport without being that way. I agree with you that they have to remember that there are a other people in the world who are the same as them and many more who are different. And you have to accept that they will often - not always -tend to have that very intraspective view of life.

From the contests I have attended over the years, I have realised that you either admire from afar or have a strong reason to strike up a proper conversation and don't be too star-struck - they're human like you.

Its really haard to depict, some were nice others, others not so much, some brushed me off, some were willing to flex, others were hestint, despite, some of th iem were willful i felt there was more negatvity than postivty, buts its just something, i think women with muscle have to deal with. Any advice on how to appraoch muscle women next time i go to a bodybuidling show.
