if he's a man, he can't win. you can't hurt a woman. So she wins, regardless of muscle. But he wins but letting her grope him and wriggle around on his body.

So no matter even if she's stronger, she wins the fight, but he wins overall. He gets her to grope him all over!!!! and that's ALWAYS a win

Okay, hi all, it is my first post here on the forum.

I am reaching the moment in the self-recognition that I am starting to know how the things work in my case. I think there was in me really really strong condemnation to my attraction to muscle. Though I really admitted that I like'em to very few people, I often found opinions that muscular women are gross, look manly, and one who likes them must be hidden gay and so on. This self-condemnation of my sexuality touched me very gravely. I was insecure in sexual/relationship matters, I did not speak about girls with my friends, I did not really look for girl that could meet my expectations, I did not go to the gym or work out - all of it because this condemnation made me extremely insecure in everything that related to sex or muscle. The important factor of it was our beloved Christianity. I was really deeply engaged in the Catholic commuities, I was very eager believer. My understanding of Christianity led me to the conclusions about men and women and it did not meet what I wanted. I think I just did not fit in the frames that are set in the Bible.
Some months ago I rejected the faith - from other, rational reasons. I think this helped me to become aware that I do not accept myself in sexual aspect. Now situation is slowly changing, I am going to share my attraction to muscle with some close friends, I am starting to look for muscular women in my vicinity and meet them and so on. The insecurity slowly fades, I am becoming more confident.

P.S. I do not want to start a discussion about religion, I just shared my experience.

The reason I throw this in there is because if you merely like someone like Kiana Tom with well toned muscles, but still very petite and traditional in appearance, then I see no issue in you "coming out" to anyone about your preference for this aesthetic.  On the other hand, if you particularly appreciate large fbb's, you may be in for a slightly harsher reception.  The good news is, that family and friends won't think much differently of you - if at all.  Telling your girlfriend, however, is a much dicier proposition.  If she's muscular she could think that you "only" like her for that reason and most woman don't want to be fetishized within a relationship.

hat's not very light, not if you're a 100 pound girl.  We are used to looking at very muscular women here but they are the exception, not the rule. Her squat would probably be more impressive. Dancers should not be underestimated. Trust me on that!

Have you already was in a gym before? It's not so unusual to see women with quite time of gym lifting heavier weight than guys who have recently started and were sendentarios before. And they aren't super muscular or anything , some of this women don't even have visible muscles.

Interesting the consensus seems to be that he would quite easily dominate her in a wrestle, based on the numbers? Any opinions that agree or disagree with that?

There are some standard stereotypes about what type of women are sexy. However, there are a lot of sides to discover in the female beauty. One, and a very exciting side, is the female strength. And how sexy could be a woman being strong and muscular. I think it is the same, as someone likes big boobs for example. Instead of it I like big muscles -peronaly, I prefer fit and strong muscles, not always huge as the bodybuilding type.

I am not a big fan of implants, nature beauty and body is the best source to be attractive.Unfortunately now days implants are quite common and famous which reduce the level of natural beauty and body. The natural female form or "hourglass" figure is what distinguishes a muscular female form from a male form

While there are more women into body building and strength training, they are still a small percentage of the population.   Most of the women I see on a  daily basis range from somewhat overweight to morbidly obese.  I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I'm definitely into women with muscles, especially if they have muscular calves. Even if they don't have much muscle in other parts of their bodies, but as long there is plenty of muscle on the calves, I'm game. Do you want me to share some stories with you? You can check out some of my stories on on saradas.org in the calves and legs forum. Go to a thread called 'a couple of new muscular calves ladies in the club'. My username there in calfmusclefan.

Of course she would be. Yes, guys are naturally stronger than women. But if you take a women who goes to the gym regularly and lifts weights and pit her against a guy who has never lifted weights his entire life, the woman would definitely be way stronger. So yes, Britney would be stronger than guys who don't work out.

IMO as long as you make sure she's safe there's no reason to hold her back.

IMO I would wait until she is about 13/14 to bring up working out, muscle building, etc.

As a 24 year old guy who started working out when I was 13 I can tell you that there were alot of the more athletic girls starting to work out around the same age as well. Wait till she is a freshman in high school.

OK, a serious topic for once.

Some background: I have been a muscle fan for about 30 years since teenage.  I am now happily married a wonderful totally non-muscle lady.  We have a rock solid relationship and although my wife knows about my love of muscle, I keep this sthenolagnia under tight control.  I should add that I'm not into the whole sub-dom thing, wrestling, arm wrestling, lifting and carrying or any of the other related aspects of muscle fandom which are often mentioned on GWM.  For me it's about enjoyment and admiration of the muscular female form and the women who sculpt their bodies and follow a healthy fitness lifestyle, nothing more, nothing less.  Some guys like skinny girls, some like girls with big breasts. I, in common with most others who visit GWM, like seeing women with athletic muscular bodies.

To get to the point, we have a lovely six-year-old daughter and today she looked at a cartoon picture of a man on the front of a body facts book for children.  The picture was of a man flexing his biceps and she said, out of the blue, "I'd love to have muscles as big as that".  I have never given the slightest hint to her of my love of muscle but as a father, I would be proud if she chose to go into fitness or even natural bodybuilding as a career or at an amateur level.  I WANT TO MAKE IT ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that this is NOT about me oggling my daughter in a bikini on stage or in a sexy photo-shoot - that would be just EEEEWWWW!  If she was a boy, it would be a non-issue.

So here's the question, is she too young to be made aware of the possibilities of what she might try when she's older.  Is there anyone else out there who is a father of girls but also a muscle fan for whom this issue has cropped up?

Your reactions please ...

(By the way, I hope I don't need to say this but inappropriate posts will be reported. If necessary, I will simply delete the entire topic.)

I think there is a shift on what we think the role of a man and a woman is in society as to what it was like before and when you take into account that and some other factors you see an overall de-emasculation of men and more accepted for woman to act masculine.

What I mean is that looking at popular culture you can tell more femine traits are being sought after in guys with the rise of singers like Justin Bieber, Jonas Brothers, and One Directions (Music taste and preference aside these are popular culture.) who are younger, emotional, artistic, and have less masculine features overall facially and in muscle but this is the norm as opposed to the action movie era of the 80's/90's. Now there are exceptions to the norm and woman who will always be in the minority but from my observations this is the way it has gone.

Woman on the other hand are going the other way with it albeit with limitations. Woman are can be more sexually open then once before and have more authority in relationships. There is not a sport in my province that does not have a female equivalent and ones that dont allow woman to play on the same teams are guys, hell I know woman boxers/wrestlers who due to weight classes fight guys and won (Usually using speed over strength). There has been a higher interest in things such as Crossfit and fitness in general and when I go to the gym there are way more woman overall then men although free weights are still male dominated.

Im not an expert but Im just going off my own observations. As men are lucky as we can act more femine then woman can be masculine overall. More woman are seeing being fit and showing some muscle as sexy and more men seem to be accepting of it but I think it has more to do with our societies current focus on health and fitness in this decade and higher fat diets that leads to more naturally muscular woman now then in the past but its a fine line for a woman before being shunned by men for being "too muscular" even at the fitness level.

As each generation passes I think we will actually see a shift in this role more so but not so much that we will see a complete reversal but more of an evening out and that will not be anytime soon but over the coarse of a few generations. Woman who work out now also have better supplements then use to be available to put on size easier but if the trent increases then who is to say each generation of woman wont have an easier time putting on weight/muscle density and if men keep going at their trent we may see a generation of men who have a harder time putting on muscle which seems like it would come sooner then the opposite.

I also heard somewhere that in the Y chromosome that makes a baby male as each generation goes by it is getting smaller. I have heard things disproving and for this so it may play an overall factor but if thats the case it is not something we can help and emasculation is gonna happen but I think even it is a case that the Y chromosome is shrinking Im thinking it caused by our actions rather then on its own but I aint no scientist, just a man who likes woman with big muscles.

Im actually not in favor of this whole role reversal thing as Im just kind of a masculine guy who things a man should be a man but to each their own. I also do not want to say its getting easier for woman to put on muscle to a noticeable degree or not because I dont wish to take anything away from the current generation of female atheletes who worked hard for their results but when I see that 17 year old girl from the UK and Haylee McNeff at 21 and hear they are natural (Which I do not doubt at all.) it makes me think of these things.

Sorry bout the short novel guys but I mum this idea in my head quite a bit haha.

Having admired female bodybuilders since 1980, I've always wondered what happened to them when they left the sport.  Thinking of the past ones, maybe someone can followup with where they are today.  I will start with my favorite bicep bodybuilder, Michele Maroldo.  I heard she got into wrestling and then vanished.

Others may include... Bev Francis, Rachel McClish, Christa Bauch, Cornelia Brandt... and so many more.
