I think there is some truth that women cut their hair when they go through something pretty serious and having it off in whatever way is akin to literally abs figuratively lifting a weight from their shoulders. Glad she is finding herself!

Post the models you feel that have an amazing, visible, defined and ripped Adonis belt. Abs are a giveaway but Abs that have an Adonis belt will outlast them all.

I meant to comment on this earlier but I think this might be the single most impressive display of abs control I've ever seen! She does every technique I've ever been able to imagine, and she does them with such ease. Truly amazing
Doesn't seem to be. The one you linked to is focused on vacuums only. This one is focused on any form of abdominal control. For example, the 2 videos I linked in the original post. Capucine is kind of alternating between flexing her upper and lower abs, and Lauren is flexing/relaxing just her obliques. In the following comment, Elena is "rolling" her abs in a unique flex. None of these are vacuums.
A few recent deletions. This one (her name is Sarah Caus) was borderline on at least 3 different rules, but she does have some decent abs:

And last we have Yarishna. Looks harmless at first, but then you realize it's just a Bang advert. So it falls under "no highlight reels":
