It's always amazing to see what the human body is capable of. For me, Instagram was one of the greatest things to happen as far as being able to track someone's progress. Anyways, I was fortunate enough to catch Michaela Aycock early on, as she was and still is one of the most exciting "small skinny girl to muscle-bound amazon" transformations I've ever seen.
I had a girlfriend who had 16 inch biceps who would play with her hair in public and bounce her biceps.......
It was amazing the attention she would get from guys and how pissed off
