Ah, sounds like a perfect result for both sides - thanks for the clarification. Best wishes!
You’ll always have the right answer it seems - for every case and everyone that isn’t happy with how you guys treated certain issues. You have an explanation!
But hey - if loosing customers is a perfect result for you, people can try to send emails to help@herbicepscam.com all they want and the result will be the same: in the end you just don’t care too much.
"If you did not receive a response to your email, it's possible we did not receive it."
This is absolutely an valid argument. Just as many other explanations like you may simply have forgotten to answer, you thought a collegue had attend to the matter etc.
I have to answer a lot emails at my work. And so much can happend.
May i suggest you implement an automatic return email, this way the sender knows if you have received the email. You could also add a ticketing system, although this may be overkill.
Yeah. HBC "Help" never helped me either with a serious concern I had back in October and they ignored all my follow-up emails. They seem rather useless which is why I've stopped using the site.
The word "serious" gets my attention, but does mean different things to different people. I'm sorry you did not get the assistance you were hoping for. Are you saying that you received an initial reply, but then did not receive a resolution when you sent follow-up messages? Or are you saying that you never received any reply?
From what you've posted, I cannot say I'm familiar with your case. You can try emailing help@herbicepscam.com again or you can message me here on GWM and tell me the email address to search for in our company inbox.
Absolutely! This was a while ago and the problems with the site and the models kept on getting worse (at least on my end). It did seem that you guys just got annoyed by explanations on why I think I should get credits back - in the end you stay the once deciding and I ended up being tired of trying to explain the problems of your website.
It’s the last impression that stuck with me and made me stay away from buying credits at all anymore
Ah, sounds like a perfect result for both sides - thanks for the clarification. Best wishes!

Though I can't say for sure as I don't know her personally. Unfortunately there are a lot of people in this scene who get off on that. I'm not one of those people which is why I've never done a 1on1 with her.
I can confirm the HBC help has not been responsive at all, even when my intention was suggesting them a necessary improvement regarding a few VR clips with crazy issues that needed to be fixed.

Did exactly that months ago but didn’t get a reply after a few messages back and forth. Just disappointing in how you treated this matter.
But previously, you said this:
Indeed they try to make sure to credit back any bad experiences. I just had one the other day and it has been taken care of very quickly.
So, one day you're happy with how it was handled and the next, you're not. 🤔 🤷🏽♂️

That's the extent of what models have access to regarding any user. Anything else she gleans or is privy to is because he somehow alluded to it or told her outright.
Is it the extent? I've seen a model get someone's IP address to find where they live. That was on the old platform. Can models still see users' IP addresses? I know they can ban by IP or account, so I imagine they probably still have access to it.
Models cannot see anything except credits and whether a user has spent money on her before. They do know who the VIPs are, but I thought everyone knew that already.
Admin can see all. A model who blocks "Texas" blocks the IP range of that region. She does not know how that range corresponds to any individual user. Likewise, if a model blocks an individual, the ONLY forward-facing information about that user is the name and current credits. The fact that I know the blocked IP means I know the blocked IP. That's all it means. 😉

Never assume that an email (to anyone, not just to us) has been received unless you receive a confirmation of such. If you never got any answer, there is any number of things that could have happened between the time you pressed "send" and now. I can apologize for that communication gap, but we cannot resolve any issues we don't know about. You can try to email again help@herbicepscam.com or send me a message here on GWM and I'll see what I can do to help.
Yes, models can see how many credits - if any - their visitors have at the moment they're in the room.
Maybe if as on other sites, models can ban users, perhaps there's a case for users to able to block models
from contacting them (if not already possible)?
I’ve recently had a similar experience with the same performer, including some really quite abusive language. Was originally planning to just vote with my wallet (although I second the oft-repeated request for an option to block individual performers), but it sounds like this is developing into a pattern for her and it should be reported.
Yes, there have been repeated requests over the years for users to be able to block models. On balance, we never liked the concept because our job is to promote the performers. The people who've been around the site for some time are there because they enjoy the experience more than they dislike it, but a compelling case can be made for offering a model block option to users, even if it's only for the VIPs. I will bring this request to our Admin team at the next meeting.

To start, site operators can make improvements around consumer privacy and security
This is not a matter that has anything at all to do with privacy or security. This is a question of poor behavior, period.

That model will probably only get a hand slap. Just like other complaints noted here, no accountability because the performer brings in the money. The more money, the less accountability
Justice will always look different to different people. What is accountability to you? If a wrong is addressed, corrected, and the client receives back the credits he has lost, what is it - exactly - that you want "done" to the model? Do you want her publicly shamed on GWM because this is where the original complaint was lodged? Do you want an itemized list of the "things we did" to "hold accountable" any model? Are you suggesting you want someone fired over every incident?
That said, if you have a specific complaint about any performer, email us at help@herbicepscam.com and we will attempt to work out a resolution with you.
I have had the exact same experience! In my case I don’t care about keeping her anonymous - her behavior is always pretty aggressive and unnecessary, especially if you actually have credits and do not take her private. Curvymusclesensation
Ever since that experience I decided not to load any credits at all but I’m disappointed in the page in general.
For obvious reasons, we cannot openly discuss specific personnel matters, but if you have an individual concern, please email us at help@herbicepscam.com as we're always keen to keep good customers interested in the site.
Is there a "user" rating that models also see? I imagine the various spending and status is exposed to models to understand who is wasting their time. Perhaps for those with good ratings have an option to choose to hide or approximate their credits with a low, medium, high option.
There is not. Having user ratings is an idea that's come up before, but it has never gained serious traction. That is an interesting idea about giving qualified users the option to hide or approximate their available credits.
I'm heavily into Female muscle growth roleplay and i have been wondering which of the beautiful girls Of HBC are the best to Do a FMG Roleplay with?
TY for every awnser🙂
What accountability would you suggest? Nobody was harmed. The model's behavior is inappropriate, but it comes off as desperate and sad rather than threatening. Just ignore her and engage with the models who don't act like that.
