Rene Toney confirmed. Maybe Amazonka and Korableva are close. Andrea Shaw is 18". The way Paula Ranta and Amandine Kolly are putting on size this year they might be next.
Here are some shots of wifey post-gym pumped arm! Further a new pool for you. She wants a new tattoo on her right forearm, but not sure if in the inner or outer side. She applied a temporary one to get an idea... so where would you suggest to place it to be sexier and involving?
IMO very likely to be morphs. No telltale signs as far as distorted background goes, but they just look anatomically incorrect. Especially the first of the two.
Looks more plausible than the previous two, but still probably a morph.
This actually does not look like a morph and actually makes me think it's more likely the others are morphs, since here she does not look nearly as muscular.
Less certain about this one. Leaning towards morph though.
the reason there are so few female bodybuilders with 20+ inches arms is simple
the amount of chemicals required to achieve it will cause their heart to grow way too much, ending up with death at 30-40 yr old, and people usually prefer to live rather than die.
I just watched a video of a not-particularly-large teenager (Jessica Desatnick 5’4”, 135 lbs) benchpress 225 lbs. I don’t have the stats at my fingertips, but this lift has got to put her in the top 1% of strength of people her age, male or female.
I was also thinking - this level of strength must be a very new development among young women. Does anyone here know of a woman at that age being so strong 15 or 20 years ago?
That is, is there any woman who is now in her mid-to-late 30s or early 40s who was able to benchpress at least 225 lbs when she was 19 or 20 years old?
I was thinking recently it would be pretty timely to get a remeasurement of Michaela Aycocks arms. Of the current competitors she probably has the shortest upper arms in relation to how much muscle she hadl. Last time she measured that I can see on record was almost 4 years ago, right when she made the jump to bodybuilding and she is significantly larger (overall) then. And her arms were 16" then kind of lean. I don't think it' sout of the question that she is packing 17" on stage thi spast Olympia and a tad larger this off season.
i usually train 4-5x a week with some kind of side of volleyball or another activity. i'm considering restarting BJJ after "quitting" after getting covid (is it really quitting if you only did it for a month?). i had some injuries in 2018/2019 (the onset of symptoms from hip dysplasia) that forced me to stop what i was doing at the time, and then covid hit and I got really out of shape. spent the last year doing a body recomposition and now its been mostly getting my diet in check to lose fat, nearly back in the 210s from a high of 222 and not too far from my preferred weight in the low 200s
I think it could be quite fun for a while. Not sure if it could turn into marriage though. I don't do divorces and won't marry someone who does.
Oh it's definitely a lot more than just fun. I'm sure nearly all of us have fantasized about it but to actually live it, is incredible. Mine turned into a divorce but having a stronger wife doesn't have to end in divorce. If she's okay with it...why shouldn't the marriage work?
I'm strict about nutrition but only have time to train 2-3 days per week. In the summer I almost exclusively focus on cycling. In my 20s I would do bodybuilding exercises 5 days a week and was much bigger but I am so busy/tired from work now that I can really only find the time and energy to workout on the weekends and the very beginning of the work week.
20 inches isn't impossible obviously, but look at what it takes. The commitment, the sacrifice, the life-altering changes. Look at the amount of additional surgery Amazonka has had to retain feminine characteristics like lush lips and round breasts. Listen, there are some STRONG women on this site, and there are some STRONG MUSCULAR women, but how many are within a couple inches of that big and don't have firm jawlines?

The thing is, most girls are not doing tacky morphs. In MOST cases, it's fanbois doing that silly shit.
Gimme the quality AI, motherfuckers.
I lift pretty dedicated 4 times a week. Nutrition could be better. So not an option in the poll.
I talked to her on herbicepscam and she is really big

Hi everyone,

The photo of his gym is certainly dated but was recently published. Since then Haley has gained a lot of muscle.
Indeed on the photo which has been deleted at the level of the forearm and the door there may be a modification. For the rest I see nothing. And you?
Look at some of them, like the ones I put up here, what do you think?
I looked at her IG account. She is a girl who is definitely bulking up. Do you think she faked her own photos?
Are you sure?
The photos of Hayley look real to me.
Where are people supposed to get image information to use for any type of "discussion"? You did not post a single link.
Bc there most likely won't be another
i reallyt don't see how that's relevant to the discussiona bout the size of their arms lol
No one cares? I would like some additional input!
All man faces.

She cancelled that account and those photos were posted to a subreddit about her. Posted some of them here.
