I’ve been mostly skimming through it until an FBB is on the screen, I feel like An Da Jeong hasn’t been particularly featured so far? Hopefully she won’t be knocked out without being spotlighted as she definitely seemed like the second biggest girl after Chunri Kim.
yeah waitwhat you're right, iv'e not seen much of an da jeong. prob cuz she cannot match up to chunri kim in exoticness and size. now that chunri is gone, we should see more of her since she's kind of next in line. i find her a lot more charming and cannot wait
Yes - 2 days on, 1 off, else I don't recover sufficiently.
I'm older and not in the best of health so I do bodybuilding, because it emphasises effective exercise with proper technique rather than raw strength. I avoid injury that way.
Doing it partly for health, partly for vanity, though I'm never going to be jacked with a 6-pack - just not my goal.
In reality considering my culture and society I prefer to be stronger. However in my fantasy world. It is definitely yes. I would like my wife to be away stronger than me.
That MMA fighter lost my respect the moment when he chose a woman. If a woman chose a man it would be ok, but on the contrary... physiological differences between men and women simply cannot be erased even if society pretends they don't exist. Of course, we can argue that the selection was fair because the competition allowed the man to choose the woman. But the rules of that show definitely do not correspond to my perception of honor and fair play.
The disciplines of this competition are designed specifically to eliminate big, fat, heavy, muscular, women... in short, to eliminate all those whose bodies do not correspond to the "fitness average" and who do not have experience in fighting.
Maybe the next disciplines will be more focused on strength, weight, etc. But these unique people won't be there anymore!
damn! chun ri got clowned on by a dude half her muscle mass. really puts into perspective the biological differences at play. props to chunri though, she put up a very good fight. now we cheer on for an da jeong!

@Reggie...very good points regarding having a stronger wife. It can definitely work out, if she doesn't abuse her superiority. From 1979 to 1983, yeah that dates me, I was married to a woman much stronger than than me. She wasn't weight trained, she had an extremely physical job requiring heavy lifting and pulling heavy underground cable. I was a tall, frail, lead singer/guitar player in a rock band. She loved my band, fell for me and proposed to me shortly after. I was always enamored with muscles on women but had no idea how exciting it would be, to be with such a strong woman. She used her strength in intimate situations, that I still have dreams about today. Eventually we divorced but only because I doubt one man could ever satisfy her. Only when she was done with me, did she intentionally humiliate and embarrass me.

That's the difference between size hypertrophy and fiber density hypertrophy. Muscle can be big, simply because there's fluid build up which swells them up. That's why Cross Fit athletes aren't super big, but they are strong as a horse. Cross Fitters muscle size is actually increased density, which increases the power output. More fibers, more output. Also neurology impacts it, because the more your neurons have grown out into the muscle, the more fibers you can activate.
My first real encounter was at a beach trip with school, We where walking to our destination and in the corner of my eye i see a girl about my age with a ripped 6 pack, i didn't think much of it at the time but yeah that was my first time.
Second time is a woman i see walking by in the park sometimes, Her calves are pretty hot if i say so myself, She is about 40-50 Years old i think. Is this kind of calve normal for a girl or do you think this is hot?

This is a much more complicated question than it appears. Many of the folks on this site have a "strong woman" fetish. They get sexual satisfaction from seeing strong women and having them dominate them. If you have this fetish and you like the idea of a dominatrix for a partner, it is useful to remember that you are married to your partner 24/7/365, not just when you are being sexually active. Also, if that strength gave her power over you in every area concerning the household, it might be unpleasant.
For those men are into bodybuilding or even simply into fitness, it would be rare for the woman to be stronger, even if she looks stronger. If both of you are into fitness and she is almost as strong as you or slightly stronger and she is also in love with you, the core of you, then it can work out that she can be stronger. There are a few women on this site who have included pictures of husbands or significant others who are probably weaker than them, and certainly not nearly as built or defined. Most of these women appear to have normal home lives; they just train for their job or work in a gym training others. Of the hundreds of women on these pages, I can only think of four or five women who fall into this category.
It is also important to remember that most women who lift do so for themselves, not for the sexual gratification of the weaker men who are sexually attracted to them. Also, the amount of time it takes to build a body like some of these women, and the attention to diet that they need to have, would mean that they might not have much time for you and for the eating habits you might have.
That said, I had a fiancee who was not as strong as me but was quite strong and athletic. If she had put her mind to it, she might have been able to build herself to being stronger than me. She could run a 5K race as fast, and she was a better soccer player, and she could do fifty push-ups without stopping. (And this was in 1981 when most women weren't doing this.) These facts about her were very alluring. Alas, it did not work out in the end.
Here are some examples of happily married couples in which the woman is stronger or at least looks it.
It is certainly possible that Helen Davis is bigger and stronger than her husband (or ex) I have never seen his picture, though.
You're continuing to circle the wagon. I highly doubt you'll ever join a CF gym, and are content to complaining on the internet about how hard it is to find fbbs.
I live in the UK like HeartOfSteel, and although it's a much smaller place than the US, you still have a decent chance to stumble into one, especially in London. That includes 24h commercial gyms but I must reckon that that could be easy to miss them because they may choose quieter and less busy times.
As BlackSabbath1989 said just above, just attend fitness expos, there are usually affordable. In the UK the biggest right now is the Arnold Sports Festival held in Birmingham, which should take place later this year around September. If you can't wait until then, try to go to one of those local/regional contests. They're always an opportunity to have a nice chat with people in the attendance, whether they're BBers or not.
well im considering cross fit, but in general I've never seen any fbbs in UK...I love her building, smaller breasted but athletic..

According to her social media, Amy came down with pneumonia (and a flu) during the last Olympia and was unable to beat it.
My condolences to her family and friends.

I think in Alessandra's case it was a sugar daddy thing. Once her own brand got big and she started earning money then she didn't needed him anymore

She was against mma fighter. Zero chance since the grappling skills were world apart. He was humiliatingly playing with her.
Had a gf who held me down during sex. Best experience of my life lol

They're also considerably healthier.
nice, they kept it real!

And here is one that did not last.
Sue had some of the roundest, gorgeous, and most peaked biceps of all time. She was a phenom!
