Yeon Woo Jhi might be my fav female bodybuilder of all time, her incredible combination of a gorgeous feminine face and great muscle mass with excellent biceps and pecs is so incredible. In terms of another Asian IFBB to match her I think the best one is Yan Hong from China. You’ve all seen how popular she’s become on this site.
Came here to give Yan her props. I was just drooling over that first pic. Unreal.

Jocelyne is currently developing into the next "miracle of strength". As an initially unknown armwrestler, she is currently beating many well-known opponents. These include Heidi Cordner as well as Alma Keul.
I don't know what's going on in the sport at the moment, but it looks like there are a lot of athletes who are determined to get to the top.

Here are a few impressions of how a super-strong Alma was surprisingly declassified by Jocelyne.
Jocelyne is just at the beginning of her career - I think we will still see some good Matsches. And if she develops like Gabi ...... Ohhhh laaa laaa. Let's be surprised.
Daaaaaamn!!! Her biceps look 18+ inches 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
There’s so much variation. “Doing hair“ focuses on the activity, and I think that’s on target. Focusing on the biceps makes it too difficult to cover all the possible variations. Is the flexing intentional? Is there a twist and a pop?
It’s easy to overlook that this entire community needs to agree on what a tag even means for it to work well. In this case, if I click “doing hair,” we can all agree we will most likely see some action involving well-developed arms/biceps. The biceps movement might be intentional, it might not. It might involve bouncing, it might not. Etc.
Any other more specific things should be a separate tag.
Does anyone have a suggested custom tag for pics/clips like this? Ideally one more general than "doing hair", that would also cover women just having their hands on their head in a way that shows off their biceps.>
A tough ask I feel. How about "head flex" or "head bicep flex"?

In my own offline collection, I just refer to poses like this as "casual biceps", but that's too vague for a public tag.
Or would people prefer to leave "doing hair" as it is, and come up with something else for non-hairdoing poses with the same effect?
I think a tag is long overdue. 'Casual Biceps' could work, but it will be too broad and a lot of flexes can be considered "casual". Maybe "hair-play"?
Jayne Stark would have been a strong successor to Renne Toney. Unfortunately, the good Lord took her from life far too quickly.
Stark was 6” tall and at the end of her career she had an immense biceps girth of 20.8 inches. With that she surpassed Toney.Stark really was an amazing mass monster who completely dwarfed the one or other lady next to her.
Lets compare:
Here we got: Toney to the max (20" inches) vs. Stark to the max (20.8" inches)
See for yourself what a “giant” Stark was and look at this arm compared to the other girls. This makes it clear what a muscular bull Stark must have been. Simply unbelievable.
Please share videos of bicep curling 30 lb or heavier!
I recently saw Ruby have great form with 40s and was super impressed

I don't know if Kimberly "Drizzle" Drizen is the absolute ideal level of muscularity but no other woman gets to me the way she does. I love her arms and her sexy biceps are perfect.
I like a lot of these! (As you can see from a fair amount of this thread being my uploads) The fact that it's somewhat traditional to flex at weigh-ins is a godsend for seeing flexes from female athletes who we might not otherwise.
I haven't gotten around to tagging many uploads with those newer tags yet, but am planning to. Someone could also potentially make one for "weigh-in" if people think it's worthwhile.
I'm also wondering if boxing and boxer should be merged, since the latter isn't getting much use and seems mostly redundant.
I think I might actually prefer something like an overarching "mature" for everyone 40+, and then some more specific ones by age, like a 40+ and a 60+ or something. Kind of like the "biceps" tag can coexist with more specific new biceps tags. I understand if that'd be unwieldy, though.
IMO what makes #3 white bunny video work is, the deliberate emphasis on showing her small but distinct biceps. They’re nice. And she is happy to show them. So many women with ok arms are simply unwilling got flex or always have to make it a joke.

One final point about the leg press videos is that there is a wide variation in movement depth. You can do way more weight if you only do half-reps when it comes to squats and leg press.
Most movements have a characteristic point at which failure is most likely to occur, based on where you are most mechanically disadvantaged.
In the case of squats and leg presses, for example, that usually happens near the bottom, i.e. at the position of maximum muscular elongation. That is where you will almost certainly fail, so you can do more weight, or more reps, if you don't go to full depth. These sort of movements can fail catastrophically if you don't see it coming (i.e. you need to know whether you have another rep in the tank before you reach depth, because if not you aren't coming back up and will need a safe way to bail).
In some other cases (such as pull-ups, pull-downs, and rows), the point of maximum mechanical disadvantage occurs near the "top," i.e. at the position of maximum muscular contraction. Usually on these exercises you don't "fail," you just realize that you can't reach maximum contraction anymore although you can still do the bottom half to 2/3 of the rep easily.
In some others the point of failure occurs near the middle of the movement. Standing biceps curls are the obvious example, so the way to avoid failure here is to use momentum to swing the weight through the middle position (when your forearm is horizontal and the weight is moving vertically).
Bench press is somewhere between the first and third. The sticking point is usually a little above the bottom of the movement, although for some people it's closer to the lockout (in which case triceps accessory work can be a great help).
She's got some biceps too, but her waist belongs here. 🤗

Jesus check the big bulging biceps on this girl,I imagine the fella who she married had a good night when he got her home
She said on an IG comment that they were 19.5! Truly a powerhouse

Let’s share some girls that doing the front double biceps, one of the best poses in bodybuilding industry!
A tough ask I feel. How about "head flex" or "head bicep flex"?
"Hairplay" is already merged into "doing hair", and I don't think is really any more general.

Love it when they look at their bicep

The woman is looking lovingly at her own flexed bicep.

Mine are: biceps stretching sleeve, pec bouncing, tiktok touching/feeling spandex

A few relevant tags:
athlete, fighter, (and then one of) mma, martial arts, boxing, (maybe also add "biceps" when searching for these)
I haven't gotten around to tagging many uploads with those newer tags yet, but am planning to. Someone could also potentially make one for "weigh-in" if people think it's worthwhile.

With double biceps flex at the end

Biceps way bigger than my quads, I’m guessing her forearms are about 20”
What ever happened to her? She pops up, posts some pics. Then goes crazy and disappears again.
