I'm currently on vacation and yesterday I went on a city trip to Cagliari in Sardinia. Suddenly it happened: a random GWM sighting!
And OMG she had muscles! A black girl, short shirts, skintight white shirt. Clear, firm, thick curves on her arms and legs. But her abs were the hottest. Six thick panels clearly bulging through the white shirt! Ultra-hot!
That was one of the most muscular GWMs I've ever seen in real life. I would have loved to run after her and take a photo or even better a video. But that would have been super creepy, to say the least.
this happened to me a couple of times in Dublin years ago, another black girl with amazing abs but one day she walked by me wearing this tiny leotard and you could count the bricks! I thought it was a dream!

I’m a huge fan of thick abs. CrossFit is ideal for this.
