I've been on here but I don't know If I've made things clear: Yes, my wife is muscular, but out of condition. She recently had beriatric surgery and lost 100 lbs in the last 18 months. She's 5'8" around 200. She was a weight lifter and bodybuilder in her younger days, and when we met 6 years ago, we had Weight Dates, and threw the iron around HARD. We've tried to keep it going, always doing some workouts here & there, but haven't QUITE been able to find new ways to motivate ourselves. Thing is, our lives have changed: we have stable careers, and all the ways people can struggle with money or their identity, etc, just aren't happening. So the old ways don't work. Anyone here have any suggestions on how we can get that edge back?
so she has great genetics for those muscle to be that ripped in such short time
