For anyone who's unaware, there's now a tag for "topless" (as part of the new custom tags system) that's being used for exactly these types of pics, at least when combined with the "back" tag.
If anyone wants to go through this thread and tag the relevant pics that don't already have it that would be great, if not I may get to it myself later.
