PEDS are a gamble when it comes to voices you never know if your voice will get deeper or stay the same.

Yeah my wife, never touched a PED, is about as muscular as Cecilee (first girl) with just a little bit more body fat. Upper body is basically the same and her legs are actually more muscular than Cecilee’s.

With that being said, my wife has a naturally deeper voice for a woman so I’d assume if she took anything, it would get a lot deeper like immediately. It all depends on the woman’s genetics honestly with side effects

Yup some girls get voice deepening from just a few weeks of anavar on low dose; Some girls it requires stronger compounds and/or higher doses it all just depends on genetics whether or not the vocal chords thicken.

That being said these are athletes that know the risks it takes to compete at the highest level. Some may not like it but it's their choice and I personally respect the competitive drive.
