Polio, measles, whooping cough and the like had decades or centuries of well-founded reasoning and evidence to be mandated, unlike COVID. So much so, that the mandate for the latter has been lifted, and those who faced discharges due to their refusal are now eligible for legal recourse, including seeking a discharge upgrade, backpay and reinstatement. If you can't tell the difference, you have no business calling out other people's "belligerent obtuseness".
As I believe was stated already on this forum, vaccines aren't some new technology... its just the political plaything of people who wouldn't know the first thing about autism... or science. Continue drinking raw milk.
The outcome was a shock to those of us who voted for VP Harris. But Democrats need to also stop oversimplifying and insulting Mr. Trump and all who voted for him by categorizing him simply ad a fascist or sociopath. And we also need to back off from the excesses of identity politics. You don't deal with the sins of Columbus by dumping statues honoring him and all Italian Americans into the river, but by making sure to present all sides of his story. And you don't focus on Critical Race Theory when most minorities think the US is no longer a truly racist country. Just sayin'.
> More guns, less human rights, less healthcare, more people in prison, every person for themselves! Yay America! 😬🤣🤣🤣
- The US population has increased, so it stands to reason that there will be more guns, of course.
- When you conflate things like abortion and migration with human rights, I suppose you can say there will be less of that, yes.
- You mean less regulation and anticompetitive practices in healthcare.
- With the upcoming pardons of political prisoners, there will be less people in prison.
- "Every person for themselves" is one of the things that got your country in this mess in the first place. Now you'll just have to deal with the course correction that was due.
So yes, "yay, America". Good for you guys.
This post makes some sense to me. Very few of them do. This looks like a much more organized administration than Trump had last time. I hope he ends the wars as promised. The tax policy is being well received by the financial markets a week later. There is not much growth right now and inflation is still higher than the 2% the Fed wanted. The new energy policies should help inflation. Tariffs may complicate inflation. We will see what they are and what products are affected.

The Joe-Kamal team wasting tens of millions on celebrity endorsements is further proof of these guys' low regard for the common folk.
The so-called liberals and progressives may not be feeling it now, and a few of them may never change their stance, but America is coming out ahead with this election outcome. The clear majority of Americans, including a few Democrats, sent a bold message to unscrupulous and incompetent partisan leadership with its yellow journalism and entertainment media propaganda.

Also hilariously spent 1 billion dollars, ended up in debt, and still lost in a landslide including the pop vote. now THAT's funny. Trump endorsements cost $0
Elon and Vivek are going to send a shit-ton of swamp-sows packing. It's starting to feel a lot like America again. God Bless Donald Trump and everyone else who believes in God.
