Just seen a video of this girl doing a Lat bounce and I’m in awe. Was wondering is this a trend just as pec bouncing is and is there more videos of it

Takes way more dedication though easier to get a chest big enough to pec bounce then lats that are wide enough to lat bounce

Yea that is probably why I haven't seen it before

I find the lats are very hard to activate even when using the muscles ! It is actually quite amazing that she is able to just bounce them like that. No wonder she has grown them so well

Exactly considering it’s a muscle you can’t see unlike your chest it’d pretty insane she might be the only FBB I’ve ever seen do this

The ability to bounce lats probably isn't a rarity among the models on this site, it's more just a question of whether they think to do it, and film it. Hope it catches on!
