New Tag system notifications

A possibility to suscribe to your favourite tags and when they will be updated, the site send you a notification

I am planning to do this, but it will be after I have released model-level tags.

If that's done, I would suggest the ability to subscribe to specific tag combinations, not just individual tags. A subscription to "biceps" would be basically useless, since it would just hit the per-notification image limit every time and most images wouldn't be included, but "biceps" + "oiled" would probably allow you to see any new images fitting that.
